1 starCommunication is terrible with this business. They only want to sell you a car to get your money, and after you buy a car, you won't get the official tag. When calling to seek assistance you can't get any managers on the phone. I've called the DMV and they said ALM didn't upload the required documents. ALM won't take responsibility for their mistakes.Review fromLacy M

1 starSold me a 2022 Hyundai Palisade that the cruise control was not properly functioning on. Other issues as well with my Palisade that have not been resolved. One of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. This is my first experience with Hyundai and owning one and it's making me really regret it.The issue has been ongoing since February and they have yet to hold up to their end. They keep telling me they don't have loaners to offer so they can't get my vehicle in to fix. The cruise control has had previous attempts to be fixed before I bought the vehicle.Review fromShannon M

1 starI purchased my 2020 Hyundai Palisade brand new with 200 miles on it. In October of 2023, I stared experiencing transmission lagging and my vehicle completely stopped on the interstate and shut down with me and my children inside. AutoZone advised it was electrical, and Hyundai told me nothing was wrong with it. I contacted corporate to file a complaint. I got it back and a week later my button for my window completely broke off and fell through the door along with my check engine light coming back on. I took it back to Hyundai and they advised it was the battery and the button would be 250 to fix. I replaced the battery; check engine light is still on, and transmissions is still acting up. Yesterday my RPM needle was facing down towards my hot and cold needle. I took a photo and this morning; it was working just fine. I filed another complaint and was told I have 3 options, to do a trade for trade (with $8,000 out of pocket), buyback program (I missed out by a month), Lemon law (over ****** miles now) or have it fixed. They have left me with a dangerous lemon and will not do anything to help me with this issue. I just hit ****** miles on the vehicle. this all started at ****** miles.Review fromDustin C

1 starMy experience with was extremely disappointing. Not only did they provide terrible customer service, but their lack of integrity was evident throughout the entire transaction. They sent us a text after a day after a purchase stating that they were backing out the deal. They forced us to take back a that we sold to them with no reason why, which felt incredibly deceitful. ***************************, used car manager admitted that even he didnt know why and he said that it wasnt his decision it was the higher *** which he would not allow us to speak to.We later found out that the manager that he said wasnt there, in fact was, but was to coward to speak with us to get an explanation. I would caution anyone considering doing business with them.Review fromDavid B

1 starGave a young adult a $45000 @ ****% with a part time job only a 7 year car loan on a used car. Did check for employment wages. Said since he had good credit he can afford the car. With Car and insurance he now pays $1400 making $1300 a month. Dealership needs to better job making sure people are financially secure to make purchases.Review fromZenquarria M

5 starsWent in to purchase a new vehicle from Jenkins on 10/14/2023 and was approved for the vehicle only to find out I had to wait two days for the vehicle to get delivered, what was supposed to be only two days turned into a entire week of this car dealership giving me the run around and still no car after I was approved and paid a down payment. The first problem was the car that was supposed to be delivered was sold by another dealership, 2nd issue is when I was informed about the car being sold I was told that I would be upgraded to a 24 Kona instead of a 23 Kona, my price and payments would remain the same in which this car now had to be delivered as well which would put the car being delivered on the following Saturday after I purchased it. 3rd issue was I received the wrong vin number for the car once I place insurance on what I thought would be the car I purchased that I still didnt have in my possession. The finally straw was when I waiting for three hours on them to detail the car and for them to finish up the paper work so I can leave the lot with the car only for them to come back to tell me they would required me to put down another down payment of five thousand after I already paid a down payment for the car. This was the worst experience Ive every had with a car dealer and I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car from JenkinsReview fromOwen H

1 starI purchased a "new" Palisade a few days ago. I noticed that the car had ****+ miles on the odometer already, which was very odd to me. My sales **** ****** said that it was because they had driven the Palisade from another dealership, and no one had ever had the car before.Well, I found out too late that this was a blatant lie. In the glovebox of our new car was a sales print-out from Jenkins (with ***** as the sales rep) that showed our Palisade being sold to another person 10 days earlier, with 45 miles on the odometer. So clearly that person had driven the car **** miles in a week and returned it for some reason. This dishonesty really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I can't and won't in good conscience recommend Jenkins Hyundai to anyone. Take your business elsewhere.Review fromEric L

1 starI went up to ******************* hyundai Aug 5,22 and ATTEMPTED to get a vehicle, i was interested in the ***** Though there were some on lot they claimed that car sold very fast but someone had just turned there's back in for some reason (an explanation was not given). Mind you this is after 6:30pm in the evening with a 4yrol, going on to say we left around close to 11pm without a car. Not only did they allow me to test drive the Kona that was brought in, i actually went through the process of "purchase" for this vehicle. Now friday night after being there so long i was told i would be able to drive off lot in the car that was not serviced nor cleaned after the previous owner turned it in, the end result of that was i was told to come back the next morning to pick up my vehicle all the "paperwork" had been completed. So, me and my daughter returned that morning i say around 10:45am. we are sitting there for hours for them to tell me that was not gong to work and were giving me other options to explore. Low and behold we have my 2022 Venue. I guess i should have started this complaint by stating i was ******* for 2 months due to a hit in run so when i went there i didnt care what happened i knew i was going to leave with a car. Fast foward i get the car im enjoying this car and 2 months later get a phone call to say my loan did not go through and i needed to return the car. Let's start by saying the person that antially did my sale no longer is employed there so that was my 2nd red flag 1st red flag that it took them 2 months to actually realize that my loan did not go through not to mention before purchase i informed them that i was preapproved through capitolone for a loan and it was not honored. the fact that our technology is so advanced now im just not settlng at all that the loan was not approved after 2 months. i returned the car today after conversation withh another associate and when asked did i need to fill out any paperwork regarding this matter, i was told no!
