Last night I found a little guy that had been hit and was in shock, frozen in the street and bleeding.I had been to Woodland years ago for my dog and they were the only ER open at 10:30 pm. I drove one hour to get there, Even though the doctor was not an expert with it, she took it in, assessed him, and helped him out of his trauma and pain.I will never forget her compassion. You just don't get that with very many vets nowadays. It's usually all about policies. Thank you Woodland.

On October 3rd I took my cat in for major hair loss and scratching. I was told it had to be a skin infection. Dr. ********** wouldnt listen to what I had to say. I was given an antibiotic, but wasnt even told what it was for. A few days later the itching persisted. I took him back October 9th. Saw Dr. ****** I asked her to please look in his ears. She refused to do so, told me he wouldnt have mites because thats rare in an indoor cat. Dont take your animals here there worthless.

********* the technician threatened me that my dog would require a sedative from now on to be worked on and to think about having to pay $93 each visit for a chemical sedative. The girl behind the counter started the visit of by yelling "i am not working on that bull terrier because he barked at my last year!"Unprofessional and threats is what we received from start to finish on our visit today for an allregy shot and nail dremel.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. All the other reviews you see that are positive are BS. I personally give this place a 1 star because thats the lowest it will allow me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Warning! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star, but had no choice. This animal hospital is a joke! Do not take your fur baby here! I lost my fur baby last Thursday morning because nothing was done. When I arrived, they rushed my baby back because he wasn't breathing well to put him in an oxygen filled tank. When they brought me back, they handed me a long list of things that was supposedly needed to be done and I was told he would need to stay the night. The Veterinarian on duty was so determined that my fur baby had congested heart failure without x-rays or bloodwork. How do you know without running test? Blows my mind!! This long list of medications, oxygen, and fluids was over $2,500. On this list, there was nothing stating bloodwork or x-rays. After I said, "that's ridiculous" and refused to pay that much, the Veterinarian came back to tell me that my fur baby probably won't make it through the night. What? So now that I refuse to pay this ridiculous amount, my fur baby wont live, but if I do pay this ridiculous amount he still may not live? What? I asked them is there anything they could give him to help him breathe so I can take him to his primary vet in a few hours and they said "NO" They put me in a horrible situation and unfortunately I had to make the decision to euthanize my fur baby. I didn't want him to suffer any longer. If you love your fur baby, take them somewhere else. This animal hospital should be ashamed charging that much money and playing on people's emotions. I know it was after hours, but they could've at least done the protocol by doing bloodwork and x-rays first. I was never asked to pay for bloodwork or x-rays nor was that on the initial paperwork given to me. I will never use this hospital again! I am discussed, disappointed and completely heartbroken.

My family and I had to put our poor baby down so that he could rest peacefully. We requested to have him cremated and they completely threw his ashes away. The irresponsible team member did not simply tell the cremation company that we want to keep his ashes. Its a simple task! The woman responsible for not doing that simple thing is not being held accountable. The hospital is INHUMAN, and I strongly urge people to not go there. How could you?? You are terrible people!!

Awful. Wouldnt take a stray cat here !!!! My dog was attacked by another and I brought him here. Charged me $950 up front to stitch up a few open wounds and put in a drain tube. When I returned to have the tube removed 2 weeks later I questioned why was his neck still so swollen and why was there nothing coming out of the drain. I was told he was just swollen and will be fine. When we returned the next week to she the stitches removed they charged another $950 to put in the tube again. Obviously it was done incorrect the 1st or taken out too soon. This place is all about making money and not caring for you pet. I will never return here or recommend any here !!!!

I would even give them 1 star they killed my dog that I had for 14 years by giving him expired meds and made him go into anaphylactic shock he couldnt breath his neck was swelled up and all they did was give him benedryl and let him suffer for hours while his respiratory was steadily climbing ever hour. They need to be held accountable for there actions but all the vet board did was say they found some discrepancies and scolded the vet. Our babies are family not property they are living. breathing animals. And to top it all off there was no record of the time of death and no record of the swelling the vet tried to cross out the meds she gave him but I saw him every night he was there.
