On July 3, 2024 I purchased a 2020 Freightliner Cascadia from the *** DEALERSHIP in *******. I asked to salesman, *****************************, to insure me that the truck was in good condition and free of mechanical issues and fluid leaks. He assured me that the truck didn't have any mechanical issues or leaks. He told me the truck had been DOT inspected, checked out by their mechanics, and even had his brother, who worked at the location to go check the truck again for leaks. I proceeded to sign all the paperwork via DocuSign and send a cashier's check for the down payment on the truck and added the truck to my insurance. After getting everything done to finalize the transaction the salesman told me I couldn't pick up the vehicle until July 5th. So I arrived to the dealership in ******* GA. at 8:15am on July 5th to find a *** employee trying to get the unit started. A salesman came out and told me that someone left something on inside the truck which ran down the batteries and they were going to put new batteries in the truck. So while they were getting the batteries I began to inspect the truck and seen oil leaking from under the oil pan. I immediately brought this to the salesman attention and he called the mechanic over who verified that it was indeed leaking. The salesman said that he would get them to repair it immediately. After repairing the leak the mechanic damaged the wires that go to the starter so the truck still wouldn't start and another mechanic had to fix it because the first mechanic had left without saying anything. This mechanic cut the wires and taped them back together. After eventually getting the truck started at 10:30pm I pulled off the lot with the truck and the fuel light and engine light came on within ************************************************************************************************************************ and they would take care of whatever is wrong with the truck. After getting the final estimate of $15K. *** only paid $7k...Business response

I am not the manager and am not responsible for neither the ******** location or the ******* location. I will forward to those locations.

Mrs, ***** brought her truck in to the shop due to transmission issues.
5-5-23 She was given an initial quote to do a preliminary inspection. We completed visual inspection and hooked diagnosis tool to pull data. We found it had Fault code 6150-0 (Rail B operations)
5-8-23 Service Advisor called ************** and explained that any further diagnosis would require the transmission to be removed. She approved additional time to do so and informed us that she had an aftermarket warranty though TruckMaster. We sent the required information to TruckMaster to get warranty approval.
5-11-23 Removed transmission and found that it needed a MTM , we sent TruckMaster the estimate and they denied the claim, stating that this part or repair wasn't covered under the warranty.
5-15-23 Service Advisor contacted Paccar, Truck OEM manufacturer, to see if they would offer any coverage due to the truck being recently out of warranty. They declined coverage too.
5-16-23 ****************** sent *************** an estimate to make the repairs of $10,496.16
Waited for approval but never received. *************** started reaching out to Paccar (Kenworth) directly to try and get warranty coverage which was denied. She called letting us know she was coming to get her truck from us. We let her know that the transmission was still out and disassembled. She later showed up at the branch and immediately started videoing the employees while being hostile. She then called the police, not MHC, which will be documented on the police report, She ultimately made the choice to have her truck towed off the lot. We loaded all the parts into her husband's truck and he left with them. The invoice they paid (invoice # R00473700014607) (attached) clearly states that she decided to take the truck as is knowing it was disassembled.
