I purchase a 2024 ********* from Capitol Cycles on 03/**/25. My experience was an enjoyable one. I wasn't pressured nor rushed into buying anything. Mr. B******, Mr. C***** and Mr. H***** guided me through the buying process which made it easy for me to understand. I will recommend Capitol Cycles to anyone. They have an A+ RATING. Dropped of a ******* ****** 150 off on may the 3rd 2024 needing it looked over making a noise in rearend and needed a battery it was still under ******* warranty I also purchased a extended warranty and a lifetime battery warranty from them after a week I called and they stated it needed a wheel bearing on passenger rear side and a battery they claimed on it was $70 to install the battery and was going to be over $300 to change the wheel bearing after farther talking with them they said ******* factory warranty was going to cover all cost on the wheel bearing so I asked them to put in wheel bearing and I would install the new battery my self weeks went on calling once a week and on June 19th 2024 I called up there and they still have done no work to it the service guy said he would make sure it was ready by the end of business day on June 20th 2024 so I went up there at 4pm on June 20th when I arrived I asked and the ******* still was not fixed they did nothing to it so I told them just give me the bearing and battery I would do it my self after getting it on the trailer I noticed it was left out side uncovered and the doors was rusted very displeased with there service over a month and they did not even try to fix it until after I loaded it on the trailer very frustratingCapitol Cycle Company

Dealership offered to provide a service of consignment selling. I discussed prices and how much I owed. They agreed to a 5 percent. Once I arrived, we discussed the option of trading. After refusing a laughable trade-in, they then refused to do a consignment sale altogether. Horrible business practice. I traveled over 2 hours only to be told they wouldn't do what they told me they would doCapitol Cycle Company
