On December 2, 2023 ***** **** ***** entered Shurlington Jewelry & Pawn to Pick up * pawned items and pay service charges on * more pawned items. She paid $***.00 with a ***** card. My staff had trouble locating a ****** **** ** ******** that she was picking up and Michael L***** the manager on duty asked **** ***** if she could give him time to thoroughly look for the item and come back at a later time. ***** ***** chose to stay in the store ranting and raving in front of our customers. After 30 minutes the ******** were not found ***** ***** started cussing out the staff in the pawn shop and claiming that the other jewelry she had picked up wasn't the item she had pawned. It was the same ****** ** ***** that she had bought from us and had pawned many times before. It had tarnished a little as ****** will do but it was the same item. She wanted credit on her debit card for the unfound ******** but banks do not allow return credit on a debit card. Mr. Lamar gave her $150.00 cash back and allowed her to take the **** *** she had paid out but she refused to take the ****** ** *****. She was given full credit for the service charges she had paid on her other pawns. She came back into the store later wanting to pawn other items and she was told that we would not accept any more items from her anymore by ******** ****. She was not told that she was not allowed in the store.
