    I've lived here for almost 3 years and during that time I had numerous problems! And all of them were NEVER selected without "threats"! My house flooded, there was a rat infestation, my dog went to the hospital, I'm pregnant, my air conditioning is broken and they came to claim that we were the ones who ruined it! Apart from the terrible residents that they let live here just for money! Several unpleasant situations

    DO NOT RENT from here. They are rude and disrespectful. They have a plumbing issue every other day. And each time our downstairs is flooded and they take days to so call clean it up. Its flooded so much our entire apartment smells cause all they do is change the padding. Its so bad that my son and I have to wear mask in our own home. This week it it happen twice and still hasnt been cleaned. We have given them chances after chances to make this right and still nothing. And the property manager ******* does not care either. I have left her several messages and still no response. Please do not waste your money here you will be disappointed.

    This has been the WORST experience with an apartment complex Ive ever had. There has been multiple documented pluming issues which caused 5-6 floods JUST in my downstairs from the bathroom to the living room. Ive been begging them to come and clean the carpets for over a week now and they keep telling me in the contract they cant for some some reason. Now its the weekend after a back and forth and living in the odor. NOW its flooding AGAIN and cant get in touch with anyone.
