On 2/21/2024 I placed (and prepaid) a sizeable order of leveling materials and agreed to receive the materials be delivered on April 23, 2024. I received a text on April 23rd advising me that the delivery would arrive that morning. Text messages continued coming every two hours advising me that my delivery time had moved. Then after dark I received a text advising my order would arrive the next morning on April 24th. I phoned Super Sod and was told they were behind bagging the materials due to rain and would contact me when it was available for delivery. I called twice since then and was not given a date but advised rainy weather was the reason.Suddenly, on May 9, 2024, during torrential rain and thunderstorm conditions in my area, Super Sod text me that I'm fourth in their delivery schedule. I immediately called Super Sod and the first representative hung-up the phone on me. The second representative implied that she could not stop or change the delivery but would give me a partial refund/credit. I declined the credit because I would like my purchase safely delivered. I am still waiting for what I paid for to be delivered.
