      I bought a car from auto pall car dealership feb 22nd by feb. 26 the check engine light came on I called the dealership to tell them about the issue they told me it was maybe how I was driving it. It was fine when we drove it and you bought it so its your problem. I then took the car too **** dealership for a diagnostic inspection and they told me the transmission clutch assembly needs too be replaced 3160 I then contacted auto pall too tell them of the news and again put the blame on me and say the dont sell problem cars

      The car was purchased  ASIS and she declined buying additional warranty. The purchaser has signed and accepted the fact that the car does not have any warranty. The claim she is making is misleading because she has not sent in her original documents showing this car was sold AS-IS.

      Never was offer any warranty or even purchase of a warranty I bought a car from these people and a week later the car isnt workingneeds clutch assembly replaced couldnt happen in a week. Single mother of three and theyre just getting over on innocent hard working people

      The car was purchased AS IS and she knew that when she purchased the vehicle. We don't manufacture these vehicles, we only resell them and all AS IS !!

      Yes.. I bought it as is.. but wasnt aware of the clutches going out a week after spending 6500 on a car the car needs a whole clutch assembly replacement havent even put a lot of miles on the car since even purchasing it so cant be a fault they just blame me and basically dont care I lost everything due too buying a car from them my money bought a lemon car that I cant make it too work and now cant pay bills.. these people are so wrong I got all documents please what do yall need to see

      Customer has admitted that they have bought the car AS IS and signed documents previously attached. We do not manufacture these cars we only resell them. We do not have an obligation to anything else. Please have customer contact **** the manufacture.

      **** is didnt sell me a car that stopped working a week after purchase. Again auto pal apparently knew something was wrong with the car yall know the history and still took my money for a car that wasnt reliable enough too even drive for a week. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************** too take it back too where I bought it from cuz they know the company sold me a lemon even though you dont manufacture cars its still not right too sell someone something thats not worth a drive a week after purchase this company has no remorse for what they put people through its cost 3100 too get car fix after spending 6500 on a car  a week *****

      I bought a 2009 ****** altima on September 14, 2023. It came with a 3 month warranty. The car started tearing up immediately after I left the lot. And I can't get the dealership to fix the problem. I spent alot of money on this car for it to be sitting, broke down in my driveway.
