1 starI wish I could give ***** ****** at Sutton Dental in New Britain CT a negative star review. I've heard of her alleged racism but have never experienced until now. My family has been going here for quite some time and I have minors that I accompany. You can never be too careful. This [expletive] tells me I can't be in the room with my 10 yr old!! 1 star*****. Never go here. Waited an hour and a half just to be seen, put with a new doctor I've never met, that just started today to do a procedure on me. 1 starDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I would give 0 stars if allowed. This company has shoddy business practices. They wait months to process checks for payments and continue to bill you as if you havent paid. When you call about over payment issues, they put you on hold, then hang up or say they will look it up and call you back.Review fromTamesha H

1 starI had a deeply disappointing experience at Franklin Dental. During my visit, my baby was cryingjust like another child in the waiting areabut I was the only one asked to move to the back. The other parent and child were allowed to stay with no issue.This felt like clear discrimination, as there was no reason for me to be singled out while others were not. No parent should be made to feel unwelcome or treated unfairly based on personal bias. Businesses that serve families should have fair and consistent policies for all customers.I hope ********************************************* takes this matter seriously and ensures that all patients are treated with the same level of respect. 1 starI literally give this business zero stars. By far, this was the worse experience I could imagine. The establishment was dirty and disgusting, doors were missing off cabinets in the offices, tiles were broke on the floor, and the staff was extremely rude. My daughter had an appointment to get her wisdom teeth removed at 1030. We sat in the waiting room until approximately 1230 until she even got called back. Once she went back, the tech was unable to find our Pharmcy to put in her meds, which is the hospital on *******. I had to go back and attempt to give him key word ideas to search and eventually I just picked the closest *** and agreed to paid for prescriptions I should get for free. I returned to the waiting room while my daughter entered the exam room. Approximately 20 min later, she comes walking out to the waiting room, alone, with a bag of gauze. Now this isnt my first experience with wisdom teeth extraction so Im accustomed to the patient needing to fully wake up and get wheeled out. I asked her if everything was ok, and she nodded her head yes. I was shocked. After she was able to change out her gauze and have a conversation, she began to tell me how traumatizing the experience was. They started by giving her 8 needles in her mouth, with no warning, to numb her gums, then they took a tool, similar to a spoon, and plucked the 4 teeth out. She was awake the entire time, with nothing to relax her, except the numbing of the gums. They didnt even provide a syringe to fully clean out the sockets. She said it was the worse thing shed ever experience. Eventually I received the bill in the mail, and I was shocked it indicated 2 **************, as her routine dentist went over x-rays with me, clearly showing and pointing out all 4 erupted teeth. I immediately notified the billing department and they advised me not to pay, they would resubmit. A month later, I received bill indicating I was ***** days late. 1 starEvery single time I go in there with my kids they are super racist towards me and have a attitude. They are fine with talking to other black people but not white. Also scheduled a appt 1 month In advance them knowing my kid needed nitrous, scheduled her on a Friday after waiting 40 mins finally said oh the doc don't do that on Fridays. 1 starI have never been to Ruby Dental never knew about them. I started receiving spam text messages with a link to schedule an appointment. I reached out to tjem by email to alert them to the texts and take me off the list. I only get the response thanking me for trusting them with my dental needs and how to schedule an appointment. Truly a scam if the spam text and email responses are hitting me up for an appointment. It wasnt an auto reply. I got it days later. And I dont live in the same city/area code of the location in ************* **. Im an hour away. They wont take me off their list.Review fromNorma G

1 starMy mom was mistreated during three different services. The person performing the service, was not careful, nor knowledgeable, nor sensitive to my mom's needs. This person will pull my mom's lips as if she was dealing with a dog. When she was done, my mom had to ask for a napkin, and this person had to go to another room to get a paper towel. They don't even have necessary equipment ready during a service. When my mom told them what happened, they didn't even apologize, nor care. Three times she went back for measurements, and every time the plaster dried and when trying to pull it out, they loosen up one my mom's good tooth. The personnel were very unprofessional and they don't know what they are doing.Review fromBasket K

1 starGot braces over a year ago, and theyve delayed all my appointments as well as trying to overcharge me, Ive had an emergency causing me to trying to get an appointment with them the last 2 weeks, they dont reply to calls or emails and they dont give you proper treatment, im currently speaking to an agent hoping this place gets shut down soon and investigated, there over charging you as they did to my dad, hopefully better business bureau takes my complaints seriously and hopefully an investigation launches resulting in the shutting on this entire dentistry. Also the number they provide, dont call it, it directs you to people who arent in the office so they if you want to complain or do anything at all they cant do anything but leave a message and this dental office takes that message and doesnt care, theres a reason why there rated 1.05 out of 5 stars on better business bureau, file a complaint on there instead. Also there good reviews arent real, how do I know? Im aware of some of the people in the office and there full names, some of those exact names have given a 5 star review here and in there actual reviews, there making there staff and family members write fake reviews in order to look good.Review fromAngel K

1 starI have been coming to this dentist since they were Koolsmiles. It has always been a great visit except for this last year. Today 8/20 I walked in a location at 7:55 am and as of now at 11:25 I am still in the office watching people come and go but because I have 4 kids they booked them in blocks. I was told because of how large family's make appointments and cancel them, is why they didn't schedule my kids together. It won't happen again because after over 13 yrs of service with them I will no longer spend my whole day in there office to bring my kids. This business was always a quick stop for service. Now they are changing for bad. 6months ago my daughter wasn't able to get her teeth clean because of the employees not paying attention to details and not being able to verify the insurance until my other 3 kids were done getting their cleanings.
