Very unprofessional! I chose sunnybrook to get my braces from and it has been nothing but problems problems problems! I don't even feel that this money is worth paying to this finance company with the lack of workers *********** has they can't even accommodate you. Are they not paying the employees enough? I'm going to contact labor laws because this has to be illegal to be having one dentist over see the whole clinic and if he's on leave everyone appointment has to be pushed back. This is a shame. The workers are so ghetto and full of mess. Be looking like they are off of drugs and everything and call themselves at work . I'm fed up with this ghetto dentist off and that's the one on ***** and I haven't been to north state street yet and don't even want to go with the stanky representative who called her self hanging up on my face then when i called back she going to say she ended the call after me girl you sound stupid only one of us can hang it up . I asked them about cutting my wires they told me they can't do it until the 20 and it's the 12! These people are crazy! They scheduled my appointment all the way back until July therefore i'm not paying anything until i get serviced . This exactly why i haven't been paying now because they are so ghetto you don't think you're not going to see me then just charge me too.Review from Daniel W

Like others, if I could leave less than 1 star I would. My son had an appointment at 3:00. We arrived and checked in at 2:45. By 3:30, others who arrived after us were being seen, and we had not been called by 3:30. So, I checked with the woman at the reception desk, and she "forgot" to give us some additional paperwork so our arrival was never submitted. After completing the paperwork, we waited until 4:00. Again, other that arrived were still being taken ahead of him, so I asked again how much longer it would be. I was informed that there were still others ahead of us. We left after waiting over an hour. We were asked to reschedule an appointment for next month, but it isn't going to happen. It seems the reception desk personnel need to be retrained.Review from Kimberly W

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I have NEVER left a negative review for any business until now. Their communication is absolutely horrible. I have several stories after taking 5 children there, and my husband but I'll stick with my husband's experience.He went there as an adult patient for a cavity. They referred him to an endontist for a root canal. We did that just fine and returned to ****** for the core build up. ********** that involved a 1 month run around, twice going to their office only to be told that they didn't have approval yet.Finally, many weeks later after the tooth had cracked, he went in for the core build up. They take multiple x-rays and tell us both they will have the crown created and fitted for him and they'd call us back within a couple weeks to schedule the installation of the crown.Fast forward over 6 weeks. I have called weekly to consistently get the run around. Told that the crowns are taking time to build, insurance may still be working on it, etc. It wasn't until I finally connected with a nice receptionist who had to push for answers did I learn what the hold up was. She just called and after SIX weeks, tells us they didn't even try to get the crown approved because they no longer treat adults for crowns. SIX weeks. After all of the xrays and visits, they now tell us he needs to find another dentist. I think it's obvious that this could have been something they informed us of months ago and we would have scheduled somewhere else. But thanks to them, he's now had a root canal, not crowned, for 4 months now. Like I said, I've never ever left a bad review in my 44 years but I can't say I've ever seen such unprofessionalism in a medical field. I now understand why my sister in law who works in pediatric denistry told us to avoid ****** like the plague and perhaps this is why they changed their business name.Review from Alexis M

Horrible service, staff has no common or book sense, they schedule appointments during their lunch breaks and of course chose their lunch over their patients. They are so unorganized and communication levels are very low. They are over scheduling people and asking g you to show up 15 mins early. My appointment was at 10am, after receiving no treatment by 3pm I asked for my money back. They even took me to a procedure room, and said they will be right back. They left me completely unattended, and went to lunch without notifying me, it was their lunch time. They are not properly taking care of their customers in a timely manner. I heard other customers asking out loud, did yall forget about us? Why are we waiting so long. A front desk person announced they were very busy in the back. But I was just in the back, and there was no one in sight. They wasn't busy, they were all eating g lunch.Review from AC D

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your dental office today, specifically regarding the interaction with your manager, ******.Today, I visited your office to have my permanent crown put on, which was ordered and came in as expected. However, the experience quickly soured when I encountered issues with the billing and was met with unprofessional behavior from ******.Upon questioning discrepancies in the billing, instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism and empathy, ****** became increasingly rude and dismissive. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation, she displayed impatience and annoyance, even belittling one of your aids, *****, in front of me. Furthermore, the lack of clarity and transparency in the billing process is deeply concerning. I was quoted one price for starting braces, only to be presented with a significantly higher amount upon payment. Even after catching the mistake in the breakdown, ******'s attitude remained hostile and unapologetic. What is particularly distressing is the complete absence of empathy and accountability from ******. At no point did she acknowledge the error or attempt to rectify the situation in a professional manner. Instead, she insisted on immediate payment and threatened to halt further treatment until the amount was paid. I also stated the dentist said that it can be billed she rudely stated well the dentist will get paid regardless. Almost insinuating that she wont, like she works on commission. If she doesnt Im not sure why that was expressed. I want to emphasize that I expect a higher standard of professionalism and customer service from your establishment. No customer should be subjected to such disrespectful treatment, especially when seeking dental care. Moving forward, I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action taken to address the issues raised.Review from Cailyn H

I've had a lot of bad experiences with dentists, but by far this one has me the MOST angry. My fiance has severe anxiety toward the dentist. I made this VERY known to the people involved in scheduling his appointment. He wasn't put to sleep during his appointment, okay fine. That's the complete opposite of what I wanted, but sure. Then, when he starts having a panic attack, what does the surgeon do to calm him down? ***** at him, swears at him, and belittles him!!! I genuinely am dumbfounded at how someone can be so heartless. Nobody in that office knows how to handle a patient with anxiety, nor are they willing to accommodate it. I swear I will never allow him to step foot in this office again, nor will I take this sitting down. NEVER STEP FOOT IN ******* DENTAL IN **************** **Review from Ranae J

I checked my son out of school for the third time to get some fillings on the left side of his mouth. Being as though the last time he was there and parents can't go to the back with their kids he came out with a horrible scrape above his lip that they began to deflect when asked about, I mentioned going to the back with him this time. I was told to wait some more time and was then called in the room for them to say because I asked about it the dentist didn't want to touch him so they could reschedule yet again and send him to another location. Inconvenient. They take your payments yet there is no corporate office or anyone to talk to about anything. This is a rip off at its finest. Take the money s**** the patients and their complaints wasted time etc. Had to put a star didn't want to!!!!Review from Casey R

Creston Dental and Braces is a f****** joke. Not only did they deny me my daughters records but they did so because they did a procedure on my child after they were told no. The nurses argued about why the doctor did the procedure because they knew we told them no. This is only the beginning. My efforts to resolve this issue they have overlooked me. They also billed our healthcare instead of the dental insurance and have not made any effort to correct it!Review from Roberto T

A simple request was refused. I asked the office manager at the 50th street location for a more detailed receipt for my wife's dental treatment because my initial Flexible Spending Account claim for reimbursement was denied. Although she printed one out that included the necessary *** codes, it did not include the name of the treating dentist on it. I very politely asked that she please add the name of the dentist to it, and she flatly refused to do so, because the software didn't include the name. I asked to speak to her manager and she replied that the regional manager was not currently available. Also, she refused to give me the manager's phone number stating that she wasn't allowed to give it out. There was only a partial accommodation to my simple request. At the ********* dental office in *****, I was given a quote on 8 January then when I asked questions on 22 January after having my 19 January appointment canceled, the dentist didn't put in the 6 month procedures in my price quote which would have cost me $500-$1000 more. We got it changed and I was able to get a new quote and an appointment for impressions on 31 January at 4pm. I was called at 9am 31 January and they left a voice mail that they needed me to come in a noon. I called back at 10am and told them I couldn't come in at noon. They said ok they were working around some schedules but would keep my appointment at 4pm. I thanked them and showed up at 3:45pm. I waited until 4:30pm and asked when I might be seen since I had been waiting ************************************************************ so early. At 4:40pm I was told it wouldn't take much longer. At 5:05pm I went back to the desk and again asked how long it would take. I was told a few minutes. At 5:10pm I spoke with the finance manager and told him how upset I was for the lack of customer service from his staff. He asked if I was too upset for the appointment and never did he say they were wrong in their customer services. I said I was leaving but I wanted to make a complaint. They gave me phone number that didn't allow you to place a complaint. I went back to the office and received an email address and have filed a complaint with the company CEO in hopes that maybe something can change within a company that is not ********* Dental or Benevis company, but actually a company owned by LT ***** ******************************** LLC as of 2020 due to Benevis going bankrupt.
