              My wife and I signed and paid $500for a lease hold on a home that should have been available to view on 6/3/24. We heard nothing from First Key homes weeks leading up to the available date. On 5/9/24 we received a message from a move in coordinator telling us the home was available now. Come to find out this was a completely different home we didnt apply for in another state (**). 6/3/24 came and went with no communication other than an automated message on 6/6/24. I called on 6/6/24 but have yet to get any answers to the lack of communication or my $500 hold fee that I would like returned. There is zero communication from First Key and it put our family in a pinch to locate another home after selling ours.

              I replaced a fence shared with a FirstKey property. They refuse to reimburse me the $850 owed for thier 1/2 of the fence. You can not speak to anyone and on the rare occation they do call you back they block the caller ID. Thier local number listed on thier website for ******* is a non-working number. If you go to thier office on ***** the door is locked and no one will come to the door. I guess I will have to take them to small claims court to get the money that is owed to me. This is a terrible company.
