I went to have lug nuts loosen. They took one off and told me all the others were fine. I took my car to have the tires replaced and they told me my lugs were stripped and threaded incorrectly. I went back to have to tell them what I was told and they said they did nothing wrong. They would not show me that they did what I requested properly, nor would they give me my money back.

I was looking for cars on ******** marketplace. Found a car that looked good. Messaged the guy and went to look at it. Went to try the car out. Inspected everything. Everything seemed okay. Went to start the car, didn't start. The guy named "mo" claimed the car was sitting for a few weeks as he had many cars and no one came to look at that specific one in a while. He changed out the battery. It drove OK. I told him I didn't want the car at first, something didn't feel right. He then swore up and down and started to pull out receipts and pointing at his garage and claimed they spent thousands fixing it and everything is perfect and I had nothing to worry about. The car died the next day. Dealers and independent shops say they won't work or diagnose the problem due to this guy re-rigging the wiring so much. 4 different people claiming it's totalled cause it would cost almost more than I paid for the car (5300) I want my money back for this man's behavior. He should not be selling cars. Many problems we're "covered" and pushed onto me. I need my money back. The owner blocked me next day too, making me unable to review him on ********. He stopped answering the phone and turned into a coward.

            Complaint: 22093636

I am rejecting this response because:

The car was illegally passed by emissions. It won't pass by regular means. There were many engine codes hidden/erased. The seller has illegal practices and shouldn't be allowed to sell vehicles. The seller lied about many things and hid many problems illegally. I drove the car one time. It died next day. The car was rigged to drive temporally as the vehicle didn't originally start when I tried to drive it.
