Date of transaction: March 29, 2025 Purchased 2013 VW Jetta Se for my daughter whose in college. I informed them I was looking for a reliable vehicle because she's a female and stays on campus at *************************. We were allowed to test drive the car and after the vehicle was washed I told the salesman (Jalen) that I needed to check the lights. He informed me they had been checked and they were good. I left before my daughter did. She said a motorcyclist informed her she didn't have any brake lights or signal lights. (The signal lights didn't work in the front or back. There were no brake lights except in the window. She called back once they stopped. The lady that answered stated to her the car was as is and there was nothing we could do. I called and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told the supervisor was busy. No one ever called me back. The car was looked at by a mechanic. There was no light socket in the passenger backside and the fuse was blown. I paid $126 to get that fixed. On April 6th the temperature light came on. The car has coolant. I feel that I bought a lemon but was guaranteed a good car when it was purchased. I want to return it and get my money back. I've called and my daughter did also but cannot get a supervisor on the line. I'm highly disappointed in their level of professionalism. I want my money back and they can have the car back. I loved the idea of getting this car for my daughter whose very deserving. I don't find pleasure in being lied to and deceived. It's also very unprofessional not to get a call back from a concerned customer. I live almost 3 hrs away from my daughter and wanted her in a safe vehicle. A big truck could've hit her with no lights when she left the dealership. But no one there seems to car. Shame on the salesman, receptionist, and the supervisors.Initial Complaint

We purchased a 2011 ***** Cx-9 from Million Mile Motors in ******** on Feb 19, 2025. We live in ****************, an hour away from this dealership. We took it to get an oil change on 3/5 at Japanese Auto Repair-upon inspection of the car they told us the tie rods were about to BREAK off. When it was up on the rack, he took one finger and showed us how much it wobbled and HOW DANGEROUS IT WAS. We should have never been allowed to leave that dealership when the car was in an extremely dangerous condition to drive. It had to be fixed immediately for SAFETY reasons. This car should have NEVER been sold in this dangerous condition. We were not about to drive that car an hour away for the dealership to HOPEFULLY fix it. The dealership did replace the back brake pads only-they already had it up on a rack where they could have caught this. They avoided our phone calls for days. FINALLY today, they asked me to DRIVE it to ************* (KNOWING how dangerous the conditions are to drive it) when i reiterated the danger, he said I could have it towed there (at least $180+ charge), that they would ONLY pay for labor, WE HAD TO PAY FOR PARTS. And they had no intention of aligning it afterwards. They said our $477 bill was "outrageous" but yet they wanted us to have it towed an hour away AT OUR EXPENSE, NO ALIGNMENT, have US pay for the parts and THEY would only cover the labor. The manager told me that they would get the parts cheaper. They told me that they will NOT reimburse me if i have it fixed anywhere else but at their dealership. The car was not only a danger to ME but others on the road. It had to be fixed immediately just to be able to drive it anywhere safely. It was in that bad of condition. The mechanic that we took it to can vouch for how dangerous this car was on the road (***-************). We are out $477 and our lives were IN COMPLETE DANGER. I, as a woman-drove this on the highway. I could have easily been severely injured or even worse-killed by their negligence.Initial Complaint

We bought the vehicle January 17th 2025, we paid Million Mile Motors of Marietta, ******* $6900 for a 2009 ***** Civic. It is past the 45 days they had to process the paper work and get the loan company the title as well as the *** so I can register it in the state of **************. The temporary tag they gave me has now expired on March 3rd and i still can't register it. Every time I call the dealership they put me on hold or say someone will give me a call back and they never do. Additionally they tell me to call another dealership to get information (specifically Jaz), for the title but every time I do it goes straight to voicemail and no one calls me back. They don't seem too worried with the situation seeing as they haven't even done anything with the title. South Carolina DMV states that it is still a Delaware title and they haven't proceed anything. After requesting for information on the title or even a tracking number for it we have exhausted our options through the dealer directly. The point of making this complaint is just to get the title sent to the ***** so we can all go on with our lives.Initial Complaint

On Wednesday the 25th I purchased a car from million mile motor and they let me only test driving in the parking lot at the time there was no transmission or service light on but after I drove it on the highway to my Atlanta house several lights came on so I took it to AutoZone to do a diagnostic test and basically the test was saying that the admission did not pass or not ready as well with the transmission light coming on which I was not aware of that at all because at the time there was no lights coming on because they had obviously reseted the sensors I try to resolve the situation however the manager told me ***** once I purchased the car whatever happens to it is not their responsibility but the admission test won't even pass or it says it's not ready with the transmission light coming on. I am asking for my money back due to the unprofessionalism and them not trying to help me at all there is a lemon law that is supposed to help consumers during this time of difficulty. Also they stated that they will sue me because I was talking to customers letting them know about my situation which is not true I was talking to the police officer about my situation and everybody was around listening I was not going around telling people anything only talk to the police about my situation and now they say they're going to sue me after selling me a bad car or lemon. In addition I did try to call them multiple times to try to resolve the situation and they told me to stop calling them and that they will be making a police report on me which I am just trying to get the situation fixed but I see they're trying to play reverse psychology so now I have to handle business the legal wayInitial Complaint

In July of 2024 I purchased two vehicles from Million mile motors. 2018 Cherokee jeep 2018 **** Q7.. The 2018 began cutting off the next day after purchase. I spoke with the owner he instructed me to bring the truck in to let the mechanic look at it. An hr later they told me nothing was wrong it probably was just adjusting to sitting for awhile. August my daughter drives to school on the way it ran hot. It managed to get to the Dorm. August 25 my daughter broke down on way to her class, I had to have AAA tow her into a shop. The shop said there was a rigged wiring in the engine. He replaced the hose and the car crunk. Only to break down again back to the dorm. At this the a mobile mechanic was called. . He told us it was a blown head Gasket and based off how the truck had been rigged up its no surprise it didnt go sooner. I began calling Million Motors and everyday it was an excuse the manager wasnt there. He would call back. To no avail no response. I paid $350 to have vehicle shipped back from *********.Initial Complaint

Million Mile Motors took my money as a refundable down payment (told me they needed the down payment prior to sending contract paperwork and car videos). They sent me the contract after taking payment via ***** and the contract received noted that payment was not refundable (so I refused to sign until they sent a video of the car).I never signed the contract and requested a video of the car, which showed the vehicle was in much worse shape than the pictures were showing. I requested my money back as I never signed the contract and they refused.I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge, local police station to file a complaint, and file a complaint with ***************************. This place is dishonest, they use Zelle because they don't want to send money back.I was told the down payment was reimbursable, but required in order to get the contract and video of the car. When the video showed issues I requested a refund in under 24 hours and was refused. This place is dishonest. Pictures don't accurately convey the condition of the vehicles.Initial Complaint

I purchased an Infinity JX35 from Million ********** on 11/23/2024 for $7950. *** agreed to have the brakes serviced after I noticed that they were scratching. He provided me with the address, ****************************************************************************, we had the brakes done on Tuesday 11/26/2024. It was a 6 hour job because they had to change the calipers on the front brakes and the passenger side rear rotor. I mentioned to ***** the service worker about the rear passenger tire sticking out and the check engine light that popped up on 11/24/2024, he informed me that they had taken the car to the dealer to have some suspension work done and they must have just eyeballed it and didnt realize it needed an alignment. ***** instructed me to take the car to get an alignment and the code from the check engine light was from the termistat. On 11/29/2024 I took the car to the tire shop to get an alignment and the technician stated that they couldnt do an alignment on the car because the frame was cracked. He also informed me that if the dealer didnt inform me about the frame then it was fraud. I called Million ********** several times, and no one would answer me. I had my husband call from his phone and we were able to speak with ***** the manager and explained, he said he didnt know anything about it and that I would have to speak with ***. I waited on hold for almost an hour to speak with ***, but to no avail.Initial Complaint

On 8/29/2024 we purchased a 2005 ***** Accord for $6,200 from MMM. We asked to take the vehicle to be inspected but RG told us that we could not take the car off the premises because potential buyers would not have access to the car. A week later I noticed a clicking sound when making a left or right turn. I called and notified RG. I took the car to our mechanic. He said the entire underside of the car was rusted due to salt damage, was hazardous, and could not be repaired due to the risk of other parts breaking. The CV axle was fully rusted and was the cause of the clicking. I called *** to speak to the manager. I explained to the mgr M everything my mechanic said. I pleaded for him to make this right. He asked for my *** number. When I called back to give M the *** number I found out the person I was talking to gave me a fake name. I was put on hold for 38 minutes waiting for a real manager. I was then disconnected. I called back asking to speak to who I was talking to before. A answered the line saying that I misunderstood hearing the name M and he forgot what we spoke about. He also asked R about not allowing us to take the car for inspection. R denied it. I asked how their mechanic could give the OK to sell a car in this condition. He said, "it's your fault for not getting it inspected." I refused a warranty for 2k that was offered. I have a hazardous vehicle that cannot be repaired and I'm out of $6,200. I asked for the owner, manager's and ****** email to file a complaint. They refused to give me the emails and full names. I was spoken to rudely by everyone who answered the phone and I kept being placed on hold and transferred. I told A that I would be filing a report with BBB. He replied, "at this point I'm sick of talking to you just do what you gotta do" and hung up the phone on me. They all cover up for one another and lie to customers. I still have not gotten my title. It has been 7 weeks! They are stalling. They should be investigated!Initial Complaint
