    My experience was not a good one with Gerald Jones Mazda. They added "Junk Fees" onto the agreed upon price. The salesman lied and the Financial Representative lied as well. They tell you the price is $35,000 dollars and then shred that document. Then you go into the Financial Reps office. He has you sign a bunch of things on an electronic pad. The computer screen does not fully show what is happening. Then all the documents are printed out and bang, the price is now $40,000 dollars. With all your agreed upon signatures on the documents. ********** *** ******* ***** ********** ** ****** ** ****** **** ***** *** **** ***** ********* **** ****** ****** *** ******* **** *** * ******* ** **** ** *** ** *** ***** I put $**,*** down. I had a $***** trade in. Total value of $******. Yet I am left with a $********* bill. What happened? ******** + ***** = ********. The sticker with the dealer asking price was $********. It was not even over $40,000. When I was there, they had that marked down approx. $1500. That was on the sticker on the car. The sales man presented me with a document that had it down to $35,000. The same one shredded. But when the Fin Rep is done with you it is now over $40,000. I would not advise anyone to deal with this auto dealership under any circumstances what-so-ever.

    **. ******* came into the dealership on the 6th of January   and i meet with him and went over the numbers with him. The agreed numbers did not change from the sales person were he sign the purchase agreement and the numbers were the same in the finance office. After we reviewed the numbers he was happy and i went out and went over the car with him.

    I did my first oil change for my Mazda cx30 with Gerald Jones Mazda last ********* *** ****. Now I am with ******** ***** for my second oil change. The current dealer told me they cannot do the oil change because the bolt cant come loose so they cannot drain the oil. Now, Oil pan and gasket need to be changed. It is a job mistake done by Gerald Jones when they did the first oil change. I called them and even the service manager from ******** ***** already talked to them. Still, gerald jones Mazda doesnt want to be held responsible. If I want to get this fixed here in ********, I will be charged 722USD for oil & gasket change. I am advised to go back to Gerald Jones to let them fix their mistake. I just want to make sure I will not get charge for the job they poorly did. I also want the safety for my car.
