    I purchased a product online August 31st. After reaching out I was finally told September 19th my order was confirmed and would ship shortly. Its October and I STILL dont have the product or a refund for my purchase. In the past Ive never had a problem. However this time Im extremely dissatisfied with customer service. I live locally in GA where the company is located. Theres no excuse for this! When I call no one ever answers, or when I send direct messages no one replies anymore! ????
