    Sales practices are deceptive. Typical bait and switch. Explained to salesperson Smarlyn ********* I was looking for a grey 2025 RAV 4. When she brought a car out to test drive, it was white. Explained I didn't want white so she found a Grey RAV 4 to test drive. We agreed on price with trade in which was $29,602 and I signed paperwork. When completing the purchase, the sales manager came by and said there was a mistake. The price was for the White RAV 4 which was a lesser model. The price on the grey one was thousands of dollars higher. it was their mistake due to language issue and a typo - the *** numbers were one digit off. Not true - i had both *** numbers on my paperwork. But if I would finance the car the new price would be $30,521.00. - classic case of bait and switch. I left the dealership without purchasing a car and I don't want others to be deceived this same way. BUYER BEWARE - they are dishonest.

    I recently had my 2020 Camary serviced for an oil change and tire rotation and balancing. I made my appointment online and checked off theses services. On the Toyota website, where I made the reservation, it stated the tire rotation and balancing was $44.95. When I checked in the with receptionist, she confirmed with me the services I wanted and did not convey the pricing they were going to charge for these services up front. When the service was completed and we were checking out she went over the service cost for the rotation and balancing and they charged $89.95. I questuoned the receptionist that when I made the appointment online the service fee for the rotation and balancing was $44.95, not $89.95. The service manager notified me that the pricing on Toyota's website is different than from the pricing on the Toyota of Newnan's website and there was nothing they could do about that. I made the comment that this was very misleading and that I would be following up with Toyota corporate. After following up with the Toyota Corporation, they stated they were standing behind the decision of the Toyota of Newnan Dealership. And there was nothing they could do. I wanted to let buyers be aware of this tactic and to double check the cost of any services or prcing before scheduling any services with this particular Dealership! Very shady! ***** S

    My temporary tags are about to expire and they have still not transferred the title/registration. Good luck if you buy a car from these bums. Get used to leaving voicemails.

    I am absolutely appalled by the blatant dishonesty I experienced at Toyota of Newnan. On 10/10/24, I specifically called to confirm that you do PCM reflashes for around $160. I was assured there would be no issuesyet when I brought my vehicle in on 10/11/24 at 8:30 AM, your service advisor hit me with an unexpected diagnostic fee just to determine if a reflash was necessary.This is nothing short of a scam! Its infuriating that your team would mislead customers just to squeeze more money out of them. I was told one thing and then treated like a fool when I arrived. Toyota of Newnan is clearly more interested in robbing customers than providing honest service.I will be broadcasting this experience far and wide to warn others about your greedy and unethical practices. Get your act together or face the consequences of losing your customer base!

    Despicable customer service. This dealership never transferred the title of my trade-in vehicle out of my name (which is illegal). Now I'm being taken to court and sued for abandoned vehicle fines from an impound lot. I have called Toyota multiple times and visited the dealership twice over the past MONTH and no one has called me back or addressed my issue. To quote another reviewer on ******* this dealership is manipulative and lacks integrity. The customer is not the priority. "You are going to love the way you are treated" fail.

    We spoke to agent on the phone and arranged sale of exact vehicle. Confirmed again over phone on day of pickup. Drove over 4 hours to the location and when we arrived, they informed us that they wouldnt sell the vehicle. Couldn't even offer a similar deal. Classic bait and switch and predatory behavior.

    I bought a car from this dealership in November 2022. When I purchased the vehicle I was sold on a warranty. The very next day I changed my mind and decided I no longer wanted this option. I emailed my sales rep and filled the paperwork. I was told that it would be a couple of weeks to a month or two to get the refund. I never got my refund and emailed multiple time throughout the process. I also left voice mails. Come to find out my sales rep never submitted the paperwork and just ignored my phone calls and emails. Never buy from this dealership they are just trying to steal your money.

    ********* ******** Matters. Yesterday, I stumbled upon a newly listed truck TOYOTA of Newnan that checked all of our boxes. We both took off yesterday so we were happily surprised that we could make time during the work week. I called the dealership and spoke with the sales lady. I wont name names because Im not heartless. She was very friendly and gave me a little more information on the vehicle. Stated that it was a recent trade-in and the front windshield would be replaced this morning. She stated the vehicle was unable to be seen or test driven (yesterday) due to the windshield needing to be replaced & detail. I expressed concern that ***** would not be able to come up until today around 5pm. She reassured that the vehicle would still be there. Im sure you see where this is going. After speaking with **************** ************ in LaGrange (we love) yesterday, we were sent the preapproval within an hour. I texted Toyota of Newnan confirming that I spoke with the credit union at 5:09pm. I received a response text at 6:10pm saying they couldnt wait to meet us. I rearranged ******** tennis ****** to accommodate this so ***** could go up there to get his new truck instead of taking her to tennis. Today at 2:24pm, I texted the sales lady to tell her that he is able to come up at 4:30pm instead of 5pm. Two hours later I get a text stating it was sold last night. ??????I spoke with the manager and he didnt see an issue since there was no deposit. That word was never mentioned!! No urgency was communicated and I was assured it would be there for us. If this isnt BAD BUSINESS I dont know what is. I told him it looks like we will never be doing business.********* ******** Matters.

    We came in with our own financing and they fed ** this lie that they werent sure if they could use it. So they use their own. I knew this was a lie but my husband liked the truck enough that we allowed it. They did this to upcharge us on several things and got our interest higher than we had already been pre approved for. We were there for THREE HOURS. Because of certain things that did not have anything to do with the dealership, we decided to just deal with it. But well be canceling the extra service they signed us up for for $3500. And the $1,150 premium service whatever thing they say is required that we had to get that magically the price was reduced $700 after I questioned this. Sleezy is what Id call it. Ive read other reviews. Trust the bad ones. They got one over on us, but we will never be back and Ill recommend the same to anyone else.

    On Wednesday 5:17-2023 * 12:58 p.m. I went to Toyota of Newnan to look at a vehicle that was told over the phone to come take for a test drive and was told that it was on the rack and then I went down there to check the vehicle out and thought I had a deal and they bait and switch took me to another vehicle that I was not interested in trying to sell it to me but they could have told me that the vehicle was sold prior to make an appointment for me to come down there very disappointed in the dealership
