      On the date of 4/22/23 I went into *** ****** maybe a hour before closing end up letting a car catch my eye filled out paperwork, was approved for what I was willing to put down 5k, rep asked if I would put down a extra 1k because it would make my lifes finances much easier hesitant to the deal and not having that much cash on me I asked could I come back in the morning and make a decision, they informed me I could but would need to put down half 3k to hold car and they could do all paperwork that night and in the morning I would just need balance could grab keys and go. Signed papers left and returned next afternoon on 4/23 paid balance got keys left the next day I get a call from bank asking to send over proof of insurance which I comply all is well so i thought, on 4/30 just 7 days later we were awaken by a tow truck at 10:30pm picking up our brand new car and saying the bank denied the deal and ALM sent them out to pick up the car no warning! After speaking with bank and finding out there was an insurance issue of 2 different insurances being provided ALM submitted a *************** and policy number that was never given to them or belonged 2 us everyone decided to back out of deal and I am entitled to a refund, after speaking with finance manager *********************** I was informed I was being charged 768(tow fee) 150(miles) 600(keys) and 100xday for 14 days but if I return keys the 600 would be subtracted leaving with a total of 3k coming out of my 6k deposit unbelievable a week later and Im still waiting for my refund well today 5/7 I get and email from *********************** saying Im being charged 3k for a car I had for 7 days on breakdown ALM has charged me 1400$ for a car that was not in my possession but sitting on their lot including other ridiculous fees totaling to 3k! I have proof from tow man and several other msgs proving these amounts are pretty much made up and this establishment and its employees are rude, shady and very disrespectful! Please do not shop here.

      We are attaching the insurance agreement signed by you stating Geico is your insurance provider and the policy number provided by you at the time of sale. The next document we are submitting is the bailment agreement which states the fees we will keep if we have to pick up the vehicle. In this case we exercised this right. The fees retained are outlined in the fee schedule. We consider this issue resolved now that we have the vehicle and key back in our possession. We have refunded the difference to you per the bailment agreement.

      Hi I was told that I would receive ****** or more refunded back to me from my down payment on a vehicle that I was forced to return and now their hiding not answering their phone. I finally got someone and they said I want receive anything. I want them to honor what was verbally agreed upon.

      **************** provided fake paystubs for proof of income, when the finance company asked for bank records to verify the info provided, she could not produce them. She kept or vehicle for 7 days and put 719 miles on the vehicle. In accordance with the bailment agreement, we charged for mileage and rent.

      On 14 April 2022 I purchased a ****** Tacoma from ALM.As off today I have not received the title to me nor get me duplicate when the original (allegedly) got lost in the mail. Because of the delay, created by the dealership, the bank (Navy ********************* raised my APR from *****% to ******% (see Original ************************* I try to get the dealership to help i get the "run around" and excuses. I need ALM to take ownership and help me out with this problem and fix, with the bank, the problem they created.I cannot give me or issue for myself a title for a motor vehicle. I need ALM to step to the plate and, like I said before, fix the problem they created.If I do not solve this problem soon, I may not be able to use the vehicle due to the fact it is lacking status as a register vehicle.

      I was discussing a car in mind to buy and we went on a test drive . As I came back and was waiting for the salesman to give me a price on my trade-in , we came to the conclusion that we were not going to come together on a deal . I left . I received a notification stating my credit score was run three separate times , this was without my knowledge.

At some point during your purchase experience with us, you would have had to authorize us to run your credit and would have had to given us your social a long with a credit app. You will receive 1 inquiry for us to review your credit and the other two would have been us submitting to a bank for an approval.       I am rejecting this response because:

      I never authorized anyone to run my credit . It was never mentioned . I have never seen or heard of a credit kiosk , which I never used to authorize anything. This is a flat out lie and sounds like you illegally ran my credit , not once but three times. Please provide my written consent for this approval?  We never came together on a price for the car in question , why would my credit be ran before a deal was made? I never once authorized it , especially not for a bank loan. We got as far as negotiating a price for my pre-owned vehicle and the rest didnt make it past a conversation. My credit score was affected and I need it reversed . I will never do business with people that have ulterior motives . In this case Im not sure what youre hiding other than illegally running peoples credit .

      You would have had to knowingly fill out the credit application as there is no way for us to obtain your SS# and work info without you giving it. As well as we have a electronically signed application and there is no requirement for a wet signature. We cannot reverse inquiries, but you are more than welcome to dispute them directly with the credit bureaus. I tried reaching out to you yesterday to discuss further.       My husband I purchased a car from ****** on May 30,2022. During our agreement, we were supposed to receive a tire assist kit and 2nd key. We have yet to receive these things. I have spoken to the those working there at least 10 times and nobody had an answer or update. I have also spoke to manager ***** and **** ***** said he would look into it and give me a call back on Monday. That had been about a month ago. I have not heard from him and he hasnt called me back when I called to followup. *** had no answers for me. Of course ****** has no answers either. Why is this taking so long? Why are you all lying? This is unacceptable. We were in need of a second car and before this experience was going to look into getting it from alm as well but we took our money elsewhere.

      I bought a car from alm oct 20,2021 upon getting the car you pay to have it detailed 600 . They told me it had been done . Got in it go to work the next morning after buying it . The car was full of ants the car was not detailed . A week later the car needed a oil change after I was told everything had been check with the car detailing. to also to find out the car had been in a accident that wasnt reported so the auto body work on the car had been done half way according to the guy that works on my car. it is missing the reservoir cap so my car links windshield wiper fluid. My bumper is also messed up and it wasnt replaced. Again after they said the car was fine to sale. my fog light had been knock out which I also found out later after getting the car . It seems that they just popped it in good enough to get the car off the lot .

      I'm not sure I understand the complaint. This customer bought the vehicle in October of ************************************************************* March of 2022, six months after purchase? As far as a previuos accident we can only relay the information we have at our disposal. The Carfax showwed no accidents, this was the only information available to us.The vehicle was serviced at our dealership on October 8th as referenced in the Carfax report so there should have been no need for an oil change after one week unless the customer drove a significant amount in that week. If the customer would like to trade the vehicle she can at any one of our locations for the current market value of the vehicle.

      Ive purchased a car from ALM January 28, 2022 hi had the car a month I was on my way to **** on a road trip with my three kids this was February 24 not even a month after I bought the vehicle my engine light started to flash car would not accelerate over 35 mph so I had to drive the shoulder to get to a safe exit to see what my car was doing I had to get it towed back to Georgia I had got a diagnostics on it and they told me it was a recall On my engine I called my dealership they told me theres nothing they can do they can sell me another car even though I already got this car and all I really want them to do is give me a loaner car or something or take the car back and let me purchase something else for the same price bracket

      We do not warranty any vehicles, if there is a manufacturer recall on the vehicle as the customer states, they should contact ******* to try and obtain a rental car while the vehicle is being worked on. We do not provide loaners nor rental vehicles.

      Purhased vehicle on 1/20 with a *****************************. We paid $600 for a PDI inspection/Detail. $1800 downpayment The following week car started shaking while accelerating. Kept calling the office and was always met with a voicemail. Took vehicle to ****** delearship in ********* to get examined and was told that we need the engine replaced. Took vehicle back to ALM Newnan and spoke with the ** Gustovo who told me that I have extended warranty on the vehicle and that it would be replaced under the warrantty. Took the car to be serviced at ****** dealership closer to us (*******, **) and was told that there is sludge in the motor from car not being serviced and there is no way possible that during a PDI inspection this would've been missed. They sold us a lemon and keep giving us the run around not responding to calls/voicemails. I want the loan cancelled and all money returned. We've had to coem out of pocket too much money and this is a devastating situation to be in. This is the only transportation I have for my family of 4. This also prohibits me from being able to make money which is costing me money as well as not being able to get into a rental bceause the warranty/insurance will not pay for this. I need serious help! This business is a SHAM selling lemons to innocent hard working people/families!

      Purchased a suv on August 26,2021 from ALM Newnan. I only had the vehicle for 2 weeks until the steering wheel locked up on me while I was driving. Called ALM and told them what happened they told me to put steering fluid in the vehicle but there was no steering pump to fill with fluid. So on September 16 2021 I drove the vehicle back up there to alm with the steering wheel still lock. Never got the vehicle back yet *** its February 2,2022. They told me I still have to pay the car note and that I couldnt use the lemon law act to get a different vehicle. They told me I would have to start all over and go through the process of getting approved and thats all they could do. Which I know that is not true. I really need your help they still have the vehicle and I still have to pay for a suv that I dont even have or havent had since September 16th. The suv still has the paper tag on it from when I pulled off the lot.

      We bought a 2019 F150 Lariat. When we test drove it, we loved it. It had power retractable running boards and a retractable tonneau cover on it when we drove it, which was part of the draw to purchasing this vehicle over any of the others we test drove. When it went back to get cleaned, fueled and have some protection coating put on it, they removed the tonneau cover to put the protectant on and then "misplaced" it. We just took them at their word that they would look for it. We stopped somewhere to eat and the running boards were fine, and we come back to our car to head home and the running boards start malfunctioning. One won't retract and one won't come out. We've been trying to get a hold of someone for answer. I still don't understand why it had to be removed to put PAINT protectant on when the tonneau cover is in the bed of the truck. I have called a few time in the last 2 weeks since we bought and they've made me feel like a nuisance and that they're looking into it. Basically ignoring me at this point. Fast forward to today, I still can't get anyone to tell me where this tonneau cover is or why it had to be removed for the protectant. I actually can't get anyone to call me back. And speaking of the protection and the upsold package we bought for warranty. We got the full protection package they upsold us on. We called them on it because they sold us the car and we were told by ALM we had to take it to a certified Ford dealership . Well the car has a big scratch spanning the rear passenger **** as well as a bunch of other scratches around the wheel well. None of this should have happened according to the sales pitch we got because of the protectant that was put on the truck. So we brought it into the Ford dealership to have it looked at and they informed us that it doesn't look like the exterior was sprayed which is why the scratches happened. They're fixing everything and putting on the coating. It has just been a hassle after buying a not so cheap truck.

Paint sealant will not stop scratches, but will reduce fading and discoloration. Is there more to that photo that would identify that it was the truck that I purchased? It's just a picture of a Ford truck bed that I can reasonably assume that you have dozens of.
