My bills are due on the 3rd of each month. Within 4 days of that, on the 7th of the month I pay the bill and am charged a LATE FEE for paying the bill FOUR days late. Payday is not until the 7th, and to be routinely penalized for at the rate of what totals $3 a day is an abuse of power.Further, to send Final Notice to a customer after FOUR days, on an account that is NOT months in arrears is harassment.

As a general reference, our Billing Cycle, Payment Terms, and Late Payment Penalty are included in the Terms and Conditions of your original application. Billing is determined by your location within our service area, provided on a monthly basis, and due dates are not adjustable. Payment is due within 16 days of the statement date. Accounts not paid in full by the due date will be assessed a penalty of 5% of the amount past due, with a minimum of $5.00. Payments can be made in person, over the phone via our automated system, and online with account information. We look forward to speaking with you to address your concerns.
