  This company will promise you one thing over the phone, arrive at your house, give you a quick rundown, start work, then send you an invoice that is nothing like what was originally agreed upon over the phone. I was promised an air duct cleaning at $200, then told by the technician that he doesnt clean for free and charges $99 per duct. When I tried to explain to him that his boss originally agreed to brushing and cleaning my ducts for $200 the tech told me, he doesnt work for free and doesnt need my money. Totally unprofessional & rude. I had two other contractors in the house working who overheard the conversation and they stepped in to tell the technician he was being unprofessional and needed to leave. When I tried to call his boss he ignored my calls and only responded via text. This company bases their services on quick short talks, completing the work and then demanding money for services. Luckily I questioned the quote I received AFTER they started working and wanted further clarification. I would NOT recommend doing any type of business with their Fl locations.

  Amazing work, so professional, and so friendly! my dogs were deemed the supervisors of the job because they all got along so well! The carpets, the sofa, the chairs, the rug all look spectacular!

  Highly recommend: From initial phone call to completion of job, the professionalism, service and attention to detail was beyond our expectations. Had no idea the air would smell so clean. Also, have noticed breathing is better and no longer cough from scratchy throat or have a stuffy nose upon awakening in the morning. Unexpected bonuses.

  ****** was honest & upfront about what services were needed and ones we necessarily didn't need. He explained the process very thoroughly & did not try to up sale. He showed up on time & did an excellent job. He even gave some good advice on how to maintain our system. And the price point was considerably less than some of the bigger companies.

  Do not use this service!! Had my dryer ducts cleaned March 24th and my old dryer did work a bit better. However one month later had to replace washer and dryer. My new ** dryer kept shutting off due to detected clog. How could that be since I had just had them cleaned?! Called another service to double check ducts and they were 100% clogged. They fixed the problem and dryer works great. When I called Atlanta carpet and air duct back about situation, owner said it was my fault for not calling them back to redo the job!! Is that good business? And he said I should have mentioned it when technician was at house. Sorry I dont clean ducts for a living I assumed job was done correctly. I offered to send him pictures of the clog the second company found. I would have been fine if he had offered even a ***** reimbursement of a ****** charge but instead he hung up on me. Would definitely not recommend.

  We had service ***** on March 24th dryer vent cleaning , ***** was very happy with the service . We have received a call from her on 5/23 2 months later """" letting us know that she had a problem with the dryer duct and called another company to fix the issues. We never received a call or email about any issues regarding our work or a complaint on the dryer cleaning service (all our work is warranted for 2 years ) , it has pass 2 months later and problem that is is having before she calls another company . We do not have any record of ***** calling the office for a complaint on any issues (Standard protocol if there is a call from a client we come to assist with any issue in 24 hour or next day ) . There was not call or issue since we were there , We did let ***** know that we appreciate her business ,and would be happy to assist ***** again , Thank you so much .
