I purchased a 65 inch ****************** on aug 20, 2023. My television went out in June 2024, which is still under warranty. ******* sent out an individual to repair my television around June 23, 2024. He stated it needed a panel and that hed come back next week. Today is August 2nd and I still havent gotten a call. Every time I call it hangs up or get a busy signal. This is unfair and unjust!

I made a warranty claim through ******* 3 weeks ago and was assigned this repair service for the repairs. ******* advised their tech would come to my home 7/6 to repair my washer for free. I called the company 7/3, 7/5, and 7/6 to confirm that someone was coming to my home. There was no answer and no one showed up to repair my washer. I called on 7/8 and was put through to a VM that was full so I could not leave a message.

Do NOT work with this company! They damaged my hardwood floors and refuse to even provide a return phone call about it. Cyber World came on June 19, 2023 to handle a service call. The tech burned and scratched my floors moving the refrigerator and attempting repairs. I reported the damage immediately the following day on June 20th and I sent photos. I was told then a supervisor would contact me by end of week. No one called so I called back and was told to text photos, which I had already done and I explained that. I was told the photos were passed along and someone would call me. No one called and I received no messages or responses. Ive been calling, emailing, and leaving messages for SIX MONTHS now trying to resolve the damage done to my floors and every time am told a supervisor will call me back but for 6 months Ive never received a call back. I do not intend to drop this until my floors are repaired. Ill file a claim in small claims court, if I have to but, I would prefer to handle this directly with CyberWorld Electronics. What I will not do is let this go without some resolution.

******* assigned on Dec. 19th this business as the authorized dealer to service a ticket number a range two of the five burners emitting high CO2 levels that the ******************* reg tagged the appliance due to SAFETY hazard. This company (CyberWorld Electronics in *******, **) designated a technician to come out on Dec. 28th. The timeframe for the appointment was (2pm-6pm) and was informed that the technician would call 30 mins prior to arrival and that did not occur. ***** (technician) showed up without contacting a little after 2pm and explained that ******* did not provide adequate notes in the work order and actually asked what the problem was upon arrival. Explained that the county fire department responded twice to the resident on Dec 10th when CO2 monitoring set-off the alarm. Also Dec 11th, ******************* representative RedTagged the appliance due to two of the five burners having high levels of CO2 emitting and turned the gas line off to the appliance for SAFETY issues. ***** informed us that he had to remove the range cover and call technical support to get assistance and provide video to get a assessment of the gas lines running to the burners but could not fix the CO2 level and/or check the levels. This company left a service form stating that the burners were operating but the CO2 levels were not verified to be within the safe emission levels. On *an 2nd, I called and spoke with Ms. * from CyberWorld Electronics and she explained that ***** (technician) determined that the burners were good but was not able to determined/verify and/or fix the CO2 levels which was listed on the form. She told me that he also informed ******* that there were no defects. The range is not fixed. She told me that her supervisor could not call me. ******* has to improve business practices when selecting authorized dealers to address technical issues more importantly the technician need to be subject matter expert and he was incompetent. CO2 is a very serious matter and this company is horrid. If you choose this company make sure that the technician document details on the form left at resident and that it matches what is reported to *******.

******* connected me with Cyberworld electronics due to a broken panel (out of warranty). Pictures submitted. CWE charged me a significant fee to come to the house, only to look at it and tell me to buy a new TV. Everyone, including ******* and CWE, knew the problem prior to visiting. They were in thr house for no more than five minutes. They simply wanted my money.

Recently purchased a ******* Washer unit and Dryer unit for our new house. When I set up the dryer and ran the first load through, there was a horrible grinding sound. Assuming they had shipped us a broken model (or it was damaged in transport), I contacted the warranty department and they said that Cyberworld was who they used for repairs and that they would contact us to schedule an appointment. Since then, we have had to create 4 new service order tickets with *******, waited 2 months, and a service repair tech has not even shown up at out house.-First ticket was canceled after 1 missed call by Cyberworld (who didn't even leave a voicemail)-Second ticket received NO CALL from cyberworld to schedule an appointment, the company said that ******* auto cancels tickets after 10 days. So despite the fact that they NEVER reached out, I am now further down the wait list -Third ticket was made on the 2nd, scheduled for the 10th. No repair tech showed up, and no call was made to me to cancel.-fourth ticket was made and scheduled me for the 17th, callers would not allow me to speak to a supervisor or manager, we're quite rude, hung up on me, and are now ignoring my calls

I had a service tech come to my home to service 7 mth old washing machine because the tub had dropped significantly.. He was unprofessional, admitted he was impatient, took apart my washer, said nothing was wrong with it, and put it back together. After he left my washing machine was throwing codes, over filing and not washing. I have called Cyber World multiple times and left messages and no one calls me back. Another tech was sent out a few days later, only because I texted the tech, and he informed me another person was coming out. This tech was more professional, he did fix my dropped tub, but the other issues did not pull up on his diagnostic scan. Im waiting to hear back from Cyber World.

4/10/2023- Cyber World ***** Mr **************** visited my home to repair my ******* refrigerator. He stated the refrigerator was unrepairable. I have been waiting for a copy of his report to submit to my home warranty company. ********* does not return phone calls or texts and the Cyber World phone number goes to voicemail, and when you enter the techs name, it says unrecognized. All I want is a copy of the report so I can move forward.
