I have an Extended Warranty with Lowes on my ******* appliances. My wall oven combo (microwave and oven) both stoped working due to a main board burning out, (2nd time). I called Lowes on Jan 12, 2023, for a service repair. Cyberworld came out on January 31, 2023. The technicians had to remove both doors to the microwave and oven in order to pull the oven out of the cabinet. During this time the technicians scratched the bottom of the microwave door while removing the oven door. I called and sent pictures to Cyberworld, showing the before and after pictures before the last service call on, February 8, 2023. I have tried to resolve this matter with them and Lowes and neither will do anything about this. The manager at Cyberworld said there was no way the technician made the scratches. He said it was just normal wear and tear. I have a picture from my daughter's birthday, January 15, 2023, and you can see there is NO damages.

I submitted a ticket online thru *******.com on *********to have my stove repaired due to an error code. When I did that my credit card information was taken in the even that there was a charge for the repair. ******* contracts their work to Cyber World Electronics. An appointment was set for *****.2022. My stove began working again on 11.9.2022 and so I called Cyber World and cancelled the service repair appointment. On ***** at about 2:20 Mr. ***************** from Cyber World called to say that he was on his way to repair my stove, I told him that I didn't need him to come because my stove was working and I had cancelled the service repair appointment. ********** told me that my error code would return, my stove would stop working again and that this was a known issue and the repair would be a free warrantied repair so I should just let him come and do the repair. I clarified that it would be free and he confirmed so I had him come and do the repair. ********** gave us a receipt for no charge, saying the repair was in warranty and we were done. 2 days later I get a receipt from ******* that I was charged ****** for the repair. I called Cyber World, they said they didn't make the charge, ******* did. ******* said that they make charges based on what Cyber World tells them and in order to get a refund I would have to file a claim with ******* and that they have this issue with Cyber World all the time. I called over several days for a week and couldn't get anyone on the phone at Cyber World, I have even emailed. I finally got someone on 11.30.2022 and she told me that she was opening a claim and would call me back later that day. It's 12.6.2022 and I still have not heard from anyone and still can't get anyone on the phone at Cyber World, we have even tried calling the technician that came to our house to do the repair and the person that he gave us to call is not listed in the directory. I would never have allowed ********** to come if I knew I would be charged for the repair.

Called customer ********************** because appliance was not working properly about a few days later Cyber World authorized ******* repair center sent agent out to access product. 1st repair man said a part was needed and that would fix the problem. He left order ticket and said when the part comes in someone will call me to fix the problem. On September 2, 2022 second repair man (different from 1st) came out to repair the appliance which is a ******* refrigerator with French Doors. The technician started the repairs and he had another person I believe he may have been teaching but I am not too sure. After some time went by I here the repair man ***** on the phone not sure who he called but the conversation went as follows; I was placing on the new part and I accidentally broke (?) and i can try to weld it together but the part is now too short to fix, what should I do. I waited to see what was going on. I just figured he couldnt add the new part and the fridge would still be in the same state but it was not it was in a worse state. It was not working at all after this mistake. The repair man ***** told me that he had contacted someone and made a claim and I would be hearing from them soon to get a new fridge delivered all i had to do was give the claim number when they call me. He said the fridge is under warranty there is no problem. I asked him what about my food that was in the fridge he responded. He was only a repair man he doesnt know about that contact customer **********************. I waited and did not hear from ******* and it had been 5 days without a fridge so I called and I was told that they were not replacing the fridge and they could give me a voucher for ******* for another ******* product. I let them know if the fridge was under warranty why are you not replacing it? I said I l the repair man said it would be replaced. I called the main office and the manager is refusing to talk to me. I called the repair man ***** and he said he is just s repair man.

July 21st the Repair tech ************************* deemed my dishwasher damaged by me.. ( Astecical damage)on the second visit which aperrantly voided any kind of parts or warranty repair by ********* he came evaluated and ordered parts from ******* all under a open warranty ticket.. ******* was going to cover the parts and labor.. ***** told me these units are problematic and that he will recommend replacing the unit to *********. he made the promise of replacing it and he said it would be ***** hours and they would contact me with a replacement or prorated check to purchase another unit.. so 2 day goes by and I text ***** and he said give it another *****hrs.. ok... so after that I called ******* and they were telling me I pried open my dishwasher with a butter knife which was not true.. I showed ***** what he asked me to show him on the first visit.. so now ******* will not repair my dishwasher just at a year old.. nor will they furnish the parts.. cost me ****** for a repair that he should have done to begin with it took the other repair guy 15 minutes to fix.. it was a main control curicut board .. (it took me several days and calls to get this manager on the phone) Cyber world *************** the manager told me he wasn't going to resolve the situation that he didn't care that it cost me ****** (when his company could have fixed it and ******* was going to pick up the tab on the repair).. he was kind of rude and hung up the phone on me.. he told me it was my problem.. and had nothing to do with him or his company when his repair tech lied basically to get out of working on it. So instead of making any kind of good faith gesture he said what's done is done and that's it he was not going to do and hung up the phone he didn't care because apparently the owner is probably unaware of his handling of the business.. he should be informed.. I asked for the name and contact information of the owner and he refused and told me he was out of the country and couldn't be contacted

I purchased a brand new washer and dryer through Homedepot. The dryer never worked and ******* sent out Cyber World and the tech was probably one of the most incompetent troubleshooter Ive ever had to deal with. There was clearly a working dryer right next to the brand new dryer that worked fine and the tech just blamed the problem on the house electrical. He would not listen and just over talked me as I tried to explain the problem. Worst service ever

My ******* dryer was not working properly. I called ******* headquarters and they put me in touch with Cyber World Electronics to fix my dryer under warranty. We had a one time warranty to fix the problem. The technician they sent out said he fixed the problem, but the issue was not resolved. The complaint I have above all else is the technician broke a latch on our dryer that helps it to open and close. They sent another technician out to fix the problems. This technician resolved all problems and we were charged to fix another problem which I was completely fine with. I understand he did not have the authority to fix the latch that was broken by the previous technician and not charge me for it, even though I talked to CWE two separate times about fixing the problem caused by the first technician. The second technician fixed the problem with a zip tie so he didnt have to charge me. Our dryer latch that was broken by Cyber World Electronics is still broken causing the dryer to run horribly. They are wanting to charge me $95 to fix a problem that was solely caused by their technician.

I have a protection plan on my ******* refrigerator. They came out to check the problem around Labor Day 2021. The repairman first said it couldn't be fixed but when I called back they said they were going to order some parts. In November, I was told he couldn't work on it due to mosquitos and insects. It has not been looked at since. I had to get rid of it because it wasn't cooling and ruined all of my groceries in it. They need to give me a new refrigerator and repay me for my groceries that were ruined.

Assigned to them for a ******* warranty repair. Neither I nor ******* have been able to get anyone from this business on the phone. They have scheduled 2 appointments with me and cancelled them both and now because my ticket shows that they have ordered parts, another shop is refusing to take this order. How do they even know what parts to order considering they haven't ever been out to look at my television or talked to me? Also, this request is for a television repair and I got an automated message saying they would be out to fix my ******* refrigerator. I do not own a ******* refrigerator.
