      I paid a service fee and they did not show up.

      Had an appointment scheduled for 10/12/2021 for between 10-2 to service a tv that was faulty straight out of box. Never heard from anyone. Sent numerous emails and have called and left numerous voicemails. Can't get in touch with anyone.

      Samsung washer went out mid cycle with a load of clothes. Contacted lowes warranty, they sent out James Yu from cyber electronics. This began in May 25, 2021. He didn't show up until June. He has not fixed the washing machine yet and it is October 11, 2021. He has been scheduled to come several times, but never shows up and claims I am not home when I have gone out of my way to be home. He is very rude has damaged my property and I will have to have a new floor put in my kitchen and no telling what structural damage has been done as well due to his incompetence. I have had to have a broken washing machine in my tiny laundry room for 5 months now and nothing. He doesn't show up, fix anything and only destroys property. I will also be filing a claim to have repairs paid for.

      I have a Samsung refrigerator that is defected! Samsung keeps sending Cyber World out to repair it and it keeps doing the same thing over and over again. I tried to tell the technician the problem and they keep changing the panel and don't understand anything I am saying to them. This will be the 5th time this panel has been changed and it disconnects from the server once it updates. I have reported this numerous of times with no resolution. I requested for an manager to contact me and that was three days ago and I haven't heard from anyone. This is a real expensive Samsung refrigerator that I'm not able to use. Every since they changed the first panel it has not been working properly at all. I am requesting another refrigerator because this is unnecessary to keep fixing an unsolvable situation!!

      Transaction Date: 08/05/2021 Delivery Date: 08/31/2021 Vendor; Home Depot, Warner Robins, GA Item: Samsung Refrigerator, Model: *************** Serial Number: *************** Amount Paid: $2612.50 Complaint: Refrigerator sopped operating after 12 hours of installation. Actions Taken: Contacted both Home Depot and Samsung. Results: Home Depot defers to Samsung Repair. Samsung Repair Services contact, Cyber World Electronics, LLC fails to respond to phone calls, voice messages, nor returns calls. Using an ice chest for food storage for over 15 days places places the health and well-being of my family at risk. I did elevate my complaint to Home Depot Division Management.
