1 starUNETHTICAL, SCAM, DENY ALL CLAIMS! I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the recent denial of our warranty claim. We have been informed that our claim was rejected due to a "clerical error" and that, since the dealership recently merged with another company, EasyCare will not honor our claim. This explanation is not only unfounded but deeply troubling, considering the circumstances and the fact that we have consistently paid for our warranty *********** clarify, the dealership involved has acknowledged that the error in the paperwork was their fault, and they have provided written confirmation of this. Despite this, EasyCare continues to refuse the claim, citing reasons that appear to be nothing more than an attempt to avoid fulfilling your obligations to your customers. It is incredibly disheartening to see that EasyCare is choosing to take a stance that is not only unjust but also unethical. This denial does not reflect the kind of service or integrity one should expect from a company that promises to stand behind its warranties. We are left in a position where we paid for coverage in good faith, only to be told that due to an internal merger, we are no longer entitled to the service weve been paying for. This decision is unacceptable.I strongly urge you to review this case in detail and rectify the situation immediately. It is both unfair and unethical to deny coverage based on reasons that do not align with the facts. Furthermore, your companys actions in this matter have left us with a sense of frustration and betrayal, which is why I feel compelled to leave a negative review and inform others of the poor customer service and lack of accountability exhibited by EasyCare.Review fromDarren L

1 starI have been battling this company (@GWC Warranty) for 7 weeks now. It took me two weeks just to learn how to contact them. They are sold through a company called "Easy Care" but *** is the parent company. I have also come to find out that they are part of a larger group "************". I have contacted the place that sold me this warranty and told them about my experience, they plan on dropping this "service". I will be contacting my Attorney General about this company & the Better Business Bureau. The reason they denied my claim was because they falsified the cause of the failure. I have had two independent mechanics look at the car and neither one gave the reasoning that is listed in my claim. I have sent them proof of this but have not heard ******* NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GWC Warranty or APCO Holdings or Easy Care vehicle services.- One frustrated, highly dissatisfied customer.Review fromHollie T

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. My car was totaled after a driver ran a red light and hit me. I've never filed a gap claim before. The person who handled my claim was honestly just awful. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, interruptive, and did not listen to or address my concerns. How a customer service *** can be so flippant is beyond me. It took two months, 5 phones calls (average wait time 30 mins for each call), the dealership, my bank, my insurance and the other driver's insurance to get this resolved.Dealing with EasyCare made a difficult situation 10x worse.Anyone who is considering gap coverage with APCO Easycare should absolutely NOT. Get gap coverage with your insurance company or through your financial institution!!!EasyCare

1 starI purchased a truck in October of 24 along with this crappy warranty, 2-3 weeks after purchase I noticed it had some oil consumption issues going on. Took it to a dealership started and oil consumption test and low a behold they found internal blow by through the valve seals they file a claim and the warranty wants the motor torn down to find out what all had failed internally upon further inspection they find that the piston ring in the number 8 cylinder had collapsed and had scoring in the cylinder walls, the warranty is trying to claim that all this is due to carbon build up which is the only thing they can say to keep from having to pay for any repairs. The repair facility has been battling with them telling them this is not the cause and they are refusing to go any further at this time my truck has been in the shop for over a month now and this has become extremely ridiculous! Im clicking on the 1 star simply because it forces you too do so they do not deserve it.Review fromGladys K

OMG!! Our motorhome dealer basically pushed this coverage on us. They are absolutely terrible with repair coverage!!!! To include gimmicks to not pay repair claims!!! For example: They will cover a part, but NOT pay shipping for the part?? It's true. Look at OTHER companies before using this one OR make sure you READ EVERY line of the extensive contract to ensure you understand that technically you will be paying more than just the deductible.EasyCare

2 starsI have EasyCare and found out today my expiration term had been expedited because I didnt fulfill my service interval schedule. I bought my car in 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic, and as you know the world was on locked down. I was regulated to home and barely drove any where, so oil changes and maintenance was not necessary. Since the end of the pandemic, I have fulfilled my service intervals according to the contract. I think there should be some ***** giving because of the extreme nature at the time that inhibited me from the suggested maintenance schedule.Review fromFrenchie P

1 starThey tell you when sign up for GAP if your insurance doesn't cover the balance of the load buy us buy us and we will definitely pay the remaining balance. This world is becoming so money hungry it's sickening. No they don't pay the remaining balance. Funny how regular hard work citizens get laws and abide by them, but insurance companies and dealers can get away ripping you off
