I have an account with ********************** for about 8 years or more my original phone has crashed, and I was looking to purchase another phone I went to MetroPCS on Saturday 30 September 2023 around 1:30 pm the name of the employee ***** so I explain to ***** that my account with ********************** is still active, and I need a new phone and my monthly bill is $25.00 and that's what i want to stay. He shown me some phones that he recommended. he begins to process the phone I pick out I ask if I change my mind is can i get a full refund, He printed out a blank receipt read the back it and reply YES it's all refundable. I was sitting down do to knee problems. The first amount was $390.00 give or take then he stated I knew you wouldn't like that price. I reply yes that's too much money then ***** was playing with the figures with another amount of $275.23 I paid with Credit card. When I return back home look into the bag for a itemize receipt no itemized was not in the bag. I reached out to the store to ask where was my itemize receipt no one answer the phone at the MetroPCS Store. I reach out to MetroPCS customer Service to inquire what did I pay for, and the amount didn't add up. The total was $201.03 and no where it's stated a brand new phone. Here's the detail from MetroPCS $25.00 activation $65.00 plans $10.00 insurance $100.03 payment $1.00 call detail all equal $201.03. Like I stated earlies I have a current plan with MetroPCS for $25.00.
