      There should be negative stars for this company, thankfully I have moved to a better service, the customer service or was there any. was a complete joke. the late fees completely a joke, we always paid on time, but something always happened to make it late on their end. had them for 2 years and paid a over ******** is late fees i hope they enjoyed it while it lasted. Just finally closed my account and they offered to give me credit for the late, fee really! This company's need to close up shop so no other business's are affected by them.

      Complete rip off. Extreme late fees before even receiving the invoices. No option for autopay. Added fees for everything. We have received a $1500 invoice with over $700 in fees. Worst customer service ever. This company should be investigated and sued.

      This is the worst business credit card ever. Who charges a $652.04 late fee for 6 days late on paying a bill? Unfortunately, life happens and you thought you paid the bill but did not. I get charging a late fee, my stupid fault but $652.04? That is so ridiculous. I will also be filing a complaint with the ************************ and the ************************************.

      Your better off going to a known company such as *****, Mobile or even ** if you have them in your state. Fuelman is the absolute worst company I have dealt with. I received a $600 limit with a new account and had an issue using the card at their list of gas stations. I called customer service to get a better understating how to use the card and they lowered my limit to $100. No reason, no explanation. I could never reach the same representee to discuss my account and no one knows what the last person did with the account. I paid the bill and asked them to close the account. now I can not reach anyone. Its sad as I have a fleet if cars and run a very successful business. I'm glad they wont have my business, money or time. I rate this no stars, however you need to select one just to submit a review.

      This company is the worst. To get a card I had to do a $200 deposit and they gave me a $600 dollar credit card to use, with $200 of that being my money. I paid my card on time. I didn't use the card for a month and was sent a invoice for $75 for a late fee. I called and asked why well they started charging $25 a month fee to use the card. I told them i no longer wanted it. I spoke to a representative she credited me the money back. So 2 months later i decided I no longer needed the service. I was told I would receive my $200 deposit back. I have been calling for over a year. Still no money back. I spoke to ***** still nothing. I have called at least 4 different times. Also recorded a conversation with them still NO CHECK!!!!!!!!!! I will call today and record it again and listen to the lies. I was told in Jan 17, 2024 it was sent must have been sent via the sea because I still don't have it. They had no issue taking it out of my account Why is it so hard to give me MY money back. Mind you i have a $52 credit I can't get back they said. I just want what is MINE!! Please they are scammers and thieves.

      They have horrible customer service. Changed our payment method from net 30 to net 10 without notifying us. Locked our cards and after a full day of back and forth with them we still don't have access. We are public school district and pay on time every month. Had the terms not changed, we would not have been late. They can't tell me how the terms got changed but they are willing to change them back, but no one can unlock the cards until they receive payment. We will probably look at going back to buying our fuel in bulk.

      Was just informed by FleetCor representative that the late charges applied on the account for past due payment also includes the current period transactions that are not yet late. According to them, this is in the fine print of what the company may have signed for years ago when the account was opened. In my opinion, this is an unethical practice and should not be allowed, even if they have the language buried in the agreement. My preference would have been to select a zero rating, however the star rating does not allow for that - but my true rating is zero.

      Our company used Universal Premium Fleet Card almost 7 years ago. WE stopped using them because of their billing issues, fee's when you are not late, fees to have the card. No all of a sudden, we get a bill for $1,318.31 a month ago. I called them they said it is a glitch in their billing system and to ignore the bill. Since we did not owe them anything I let it go. Then we got another bill the next month, and for a different amount. They said the same thing, I told the lady on the phone this is not right and straight-out deception. This company is hoping people will pay these bills I think, A good fraud technique to build up cash in their bank. I am sure a lot of companies just pay the bill. They are a fraud company and needs to be stopped. I am not sure what governing section is responsible for researching them? Hope they do so soon.

      I wouldn't recommend using this company for any small business. I wish I had read most of the reviews from this page before partnering with them. They have hit us with so many late charges over the last 6 months or so. They changed our net 7 terms agreement to 4 during the holidays and did not notify us of the change. We originally reported an issue in September but were never told why this 4-day payment date kept happening until 12/25/2023. Every time I called prior they would *********** it back and repeat the fees, etc. If you are a small business, information needs to be solid. If you are changing your customer's due date, you should go out of your way to notify them of the change. A good place to start would be to update your site to alert them of a payment being past due. In the end, all I can say is, if you are trying to build, they are not a good resource. I am learning there are other options for fleet cards.

      Believe it or not, this was resolved a few months back, but still continues to happen. I have contacted Fuelman several times of the last 3 months with this same issue. I keep being told it will be fixed and it is, but then it happens again every other weekly bill. This a lot of work to manage. I still wouldn't recommend this company to anyone else.
