      ******* **** never installed HVac unit at my Business location .After going through some hard *************** he was asked to get paid upfront $10,300 and disappeared. I am currently undergoing lawful processing but he doesn't even seem to care of any outcome. I have withheld from posting reviews in the hopes of getting my money back.

      Two Brand new air units installed in February 2023. A few months later - air handlers are leaking water , flooding attic, and damaging ceiling. Called **** on numerous occasions and said he would be right over. Never showed up.Drain lines hooked up to wrong lines. Emergency cut off float switches not connected and ducts connected to handler are leaking air.Handlers not installed properly or leveled-AC is still leaking and not cooling. No sign of ****!

      My experience is almost identical to others that I have read across multiple websites, as far as interactions with ******* and quality of work. When he responds to reviews, he has a pattern of making the client seem like they're the issue or have caused problems, while he portrays himself as a saint and/or victim. Enough is enough! If I could give less than 1 star, I would. ******* is by far the worst contractor that I've allowed into my home. Last year, I hired ******* to install a new AC unit downstairs and a complete HVAC system upstairs. ******* was NOT licensed when he installed the units in my home, even though he responded to my **** review claiming that he was. I asked about getting the work permitted, and he said that they weren't needed. Even today, as of 7/26/2023, if you go to the ****************'s licensing website, you'll see that his license is INACTIVE! The upstairs HVAC system was too big for our upstairs ductwork; we had to get additional ductwork added to support it. I have pics of before and after the installation: the old unit was - I believe 1.5 tons and he replaced it with a 3-ton. The AC condenser + evaporator coil went out on the downstairs unit. We had to replace the compressor and the disconnect box for the upstairs unit last year as well. I have an entire ****** file regarding the issues that I've had with *******, and after he sent multiple harassing text messages last year, I would never allow him into my home again. He called me a "*****," and he referred to me as an "ugly ******* looking miserable ***." One night, months after I cut communication with him, ******* called me 3 times back-to-back around 2 am! Not professional at all and considering the texts he sent that followed, it definitely wasn't to be nice. Harassment much? Yes!Thankfully, we were able to find a reputable HVAC company to assist and get our units up and running again.Save yourself the headache, go with your gut, and find another company!

      I have choice home warranty and he picked up a job telling me and my tenant he will be arriving by 6pm he never showed up and text to let my tenant he wont be able to make it because its raining at 9pm. He rescheduled for Thursday between 11 and 3. I tried to call him and hes voicemail is always full and cant leave any mssg so I texted him like 10 texts over 5 hours. He never respond to it. I called choice and they tried to contact him and they also left emergency mssg but no response. He later text me around 5:30 to let me know he doesnt work for choice anymore and I said why did u picked up the work order then? He said they dont pay him and he doesnt work for free and asked me if I want to pay him directly. If that was the case why did he take my job? And why didnt he text me just to let me know he doesnt work for choice and I need to get someone else? He wasted 4 days trying to get my tenants AC working. Now I have to get another tech to come out and its just delaying the process. He doesnt have any excuses except to tell me he dont work for free. Ridiculous!!The owner, *********************** keeps texting and harassing me to remove my bad review on ******* He then told me he will come and diagnose for $69 and then later he said he will do it for free after I ignored his texts. He doesnt take any responsibility of what he has caused me and my tenant in this middle of hot summer. He keeps making excuses saying he is not affiliated with choice or work for choice. ***********, u are contracted with choice to pick work orders why did u take my work order the same day u texted me you no longer contracted with choice? U still dont get it and its fine if u keep making excuses. I want people to know what kind of person u are. I have all the texts from u and also receipts that you picked up the job. I also have text that I texted u so many times during the day without any responses.

      ************** We are so deeply sorry you feel this way about us. We dont understand why you have written such heinous things about us, we never met, interacted, nor was there any transactions between you and Shaw Air. I think it was choice home warranty that wasted 4 days of your life, but not us. My office told you from day one that we have no affiliation with choice home warranty not do we contract or do any work with that company. We have told you on several occassions this same thing, we did tell you that we were available to come out to see you, but you would indeed have to pay for our services if you did decide that. No company works for free and our company technicians and office workers rely on payments from our customers in order for them to be compensated. We had no idea how this job would be paid for and you insisted that we worked for choice home warranty. We told you several times to please call choice home warranty to figure out what was going on. We were very nice and then you became very angry and threatened reviews if we did not come out, but again we cannot go out to a home and render services with no payment. You then told us that you would review us poorly on every platform you could find. Our owner who takes pride in his work saw how angry you were and decided to say yes and go to your home and even do it for free so you would not leave a review that shouldnt even be on us since thius has nothing to do with us. After offering to service your tenants unit for free you then declined, but continued to review us poorly when we feel we are not wrong in this situation. We did not pick up any job from choice home warranty, We do not work for them. Our owner has not harassed you either, after her offered to service your unit for free to appease your anger he has not contacted you. From the text messages we have you kept harassing him on his personal cell phone at almost mid night, He asked you nicely to please call the office during business hours. You used reviews as a weapon to bully our company, We have no power on what happens with choice home warranty we cannot make decisions for them, We believe your energy and calls should have been on calling Choice home warranty as they are the ones that are in charge of who goes out to see you. We are sorry for any inconvenience and are still willing to go out to see your tenants home for free if that would make you feel better. We never meant any harm and hope you can finally get this situation resolved with choice home warranty, again they are the ones who are in charge of sending companies out there.
