*********************** rep/owner or Alana Imports Exports LLC is a fraudulent car dealer. He sold me and Fahad a used 2013 *** 528i on June 25th, 2023. We paid $4700 cash. **** asked us to meet at **************************************************. ** *****. That's where this transaction took place on June 25th, 2023. We came all the way from ******* ** to buy the car. In the ad description on ******** marketplace where **** had originally listed this car he mentioned the car is in perfect condition and has no check engine lights. But soon after we bought the car and drove it on highway for a while the check engine light came on and the car started shaking over 60mph. Turned out it had a lot problems that he never mentioned in the ad. There was a coolant leak sign as well to which **** said if you drive it for a while on highway it will go away but it never did to this day. Now when we reached ******* and took the title he gave us to DMV Shelby County, they told ** that the seller wrote his name and signed in the buyer's section. He signed it in the wrong spot. DMV requested that we get title extension and affidavit of correction from the seller. I immediately called and messaged **** to send me the documents to which he said he would. Next morning, he sent me a picture of title extension which he got notorized but he never mailed it. Ever since then he has been lying to me saying he already sent the title extension and that he will get affidavit notorized "tomorrow" but that "tomorrow" never comes. He keeps giving false hope. I even demanded that he refund my money and take the car back to which he ignores my messages and calls and doesn't respond. He is scamming me and I want justice. It's been 30 days, he won't refund my money or send me complete paperwork so I can register the car in my and *****'s name. I want justice.
