  Our Review of Bellareed Luxury ************* The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly We signed a contract with Bellareed ************ on March 30, 2021, Our pool permit was not approved until January of 2022, ten months after we initiated the contract. The work on our pool commenced in April 2022. During this phase, it was genuinely impressive to witness the speed and precision with which the initial work was executed. Regrettably, our optimism was short-lived as we encountered issues & prolonged periods of inactivity. In May 2023, a year and two months later, we wrote a letter to Bellareed, highlighting the deplorable state of our backyard and the ongoing delays. This did prompt some sporadic progress, but it remained inconsistent while we forked an additional $16,000 for items they have not installed or even started to fulfill yet.Fast forward to September 2023, we've been stuck in stop-and-go work. Bellareed's promises to make us their top priority have not materialized. We were given multiple completion dates, December 2022, Halloween 2023, and now Thanksgiving 2023, but none of them were met or even close to being met with this latest target.It is with a heavy heart that we say that our experience with Bellareed has been nothing short of horrific and unfair. We had hoped to see the project through and enjoy the pool we envisioned, but the endless delays, lack of communication, and unfulfilled promises have left us with no choice but to pursue legal action to protect our rights and investment.We sincerely hope that Bellareed can rectify these issues with future clients and that they learn from the shortcomings we have experienced throughout this arduous process.We hope this review provides a comprehensive account of our experience with Bellareed and can help potential customers make informed decisions while also highlighting areas where the company needs to improve its services and customer communication.

  Avoid this company! It has been over 1.5 years since my projected started. Plumbing, electrical, and fencing still not completed. Not responsive and always making false promises. I hope everyone in the same boat as I am start reporting them to BBB and lawyer up.

  Worst company ever!! Please please stay clear of them ******************* is a thief he took the deposit of 45k and came to start 5 months later then wanted more money we refused until we see some work moving and we have not seen him since!! Please save yourself the head ache and move on.. he bragged about building ******** pool as a part of his advertising and now they having problems with him as well so dont take his celebrity pitch he should change the name of the come to BAILOUT POOLS!! ??????

  Let me begin with.. Hopefully, in the end my project will be a beautiful oasis that I have dreamed of and sorta worth the embarrassment/DELAYS and wait dealing with this company. Bellareed as a company is top notch in their presentation and professionalism in sucking you in. The hard laborers are extremely nice, appreciative and respectful too. Not all of them are very skilled though. However, once you sign a contract which guarantees 120 days completion. The sh*t show begins! It's been such a disheartening, frustrating and difficult process in getting my job completed with this company!!! Hired in May ********************************************************** zero communication after a day or few of work. They sometimes just show up. Promises made gives you hope by the guy being called the owner only to be broken IMMEDIATELY. Yes I have proof. They have opened a new location in TN. They have moved their offices here in Ga. I was promised they wouldnt take on new clients until the current ones were finished yet they were advertising THIS year to purchase a pool and swim by summer. The fence that was built looks awful. Random pieces of wood stuck in places as fill ins, the wood is splitting and warping on some slabs of wood and the gates are falling apart. For the amount of money they charge they should be contracting reputable contractors for their projects. We had a gas leak that had to be fixed by ****** & light. My steps are crooked leading to my pool. And the edges of my steps going into the pool are uneven. There is A LOT of work to be done and corrected. (Some of which they are trying to make it seem like a favor.) My cabana has not been started and a finish date is hopeful of sometime in August 2023. Honestly. If I had my way they would NOT get an opportunity to finish the contract. Our job is almost $170k. I'm so embarrassed/livid that I found out my husband has paid in full. The billing FAST. Bellareed did send us a nice welcome gift though.

  Not going to lie. My experience was not 100% smooth sailing. But what construction project ever is. The beginning was amazing, the middle was a bit ***** but in the end it all came together. The project finished on time and my pool is absolutely breath taking. Special thanks to ***** for dealing with my crazy along the way!! I love my new pool and so happy to still be swimming in November! Best decision I ever made. Looking forward to creating memories for years to come.

  Bellareed remodeled our swimming pool, built us a new deck, outdoor kitchen, and bathroom. From start to finish, their team made everything simple. They were responsive and polite. Thanks to the Bellareed team!

  Bellareed built an amazing backyard for us. A pool, jacuzzi and beautiful deck. We love having parties in our house and our friends cant get enough. Thank you guys
