      I ordered "Perfect Amino" tablets on 9-13-21 and received the 3 bottles of 30 tablets ea. on 9-21-21. I started taking the tablets on 9-21-21. I seen no changes or results from using the tablets, other then feeling nauseated, and so I returned the 3 empty bottles on 12-13-21, which was only 84 days as per their 90 day guarantee. Their guarantee says "return empty bottles within 90 days and we'll refund every ***** including shipping and handling, no questions asked, no exceptions, no fine print." They also say down to last pill guarantee. I called on 1-24-22, 1-31-22, 2-21-22, and wrote a letter to Dr. ********************** on 2-22-22. The only results I got was that they did not receive empty bottles before 90 days was up. Yet, they offer a 6 month supply with "down to last pill guarantee." All I want is $113.01 refund as per their guarantee.*****************

      I purchased two bottles of vitamins on 2/17/22. I decided I didn't want them, and called the company to find out how to return them. I mailed them back unopened two days later through **** requesting a refund. The company received them on 2/25/22. When the refund was not forthcoming by 3/7/22, I contacted the company, gave them the tracking number, and asked them to see if the vitamins had been received. They confirmed receipt of the product, and promised a refund within a week. No refund has been issued. I've now called 4 more times. Each time, I'm routed to someone who does not let me speak with customer service, but instead, requests all the information I've given previously. Each time I'm issued a new case number, and told to expect a refund within 7 days. I don't trust that I will receive a refund at this point, so I'm requesting your help.

      Trying to get a refund. I cancelled product immediately as soon as it showed up on my credit card.I check this card every day. It got shipped anyway. They told me to refuse it, which I did on 2/2/22.They received it back on 2/8/22. It is 2/25 and I called them 4 times. Told me 2/15 it would be another 10 days as ity has to go to 2 more people. They owe me $86,.90. My account ID is ****** for email ****************************** This has been going on since late *********** people are horrible to even get to customer service. It comes up leave a message a lot of the time only they never call back.They just lost an order from me as I gave it to a company that is more responsive to me.

      On 1/1/22 I order Advanced Memory Formula ******* is my order number. The promotional ad for this product said there was no caffeine. It actually has an enormous amount of caffeine. That is false and dangerous advertising. It caused extreme insomnia for me. Now the process of returning this product is going to cost me shipping. If they offered hassle-free returns I might not be taking the time to write this. But since they dont, and since they lie in their promotional materials (they claimed coffee fruit extract was caffeine-free, a quick ****** says it is in fact quite caffeinated), Im seeking a full refund without being required to send this product back, and the removal of their caffeine-free claim from their ads.

This order is for a product, Ultimate Bone Support purchased on 1/9/2022. This is a product that you previously purchased from Advanced Bionutritionals on a previous order 3060846 in July 31, 2021. Both orders were placed via phone with our sales department. Our company does not authorize charges without customer contact and verification. 

      As a one time accommodation our team has issued a refund for the order in question, *******. The refund was processed yesterday in the amount of $29.95. Please allow ***** hours for the credit to reflect in your account.  If you suspect additional unauthorized charges linked to your credit card it may be best to contact your financial institution to review and dispute any other charges in question.       12/21/21 order # 2536349; I clicked on a link for curcumin, 3 bottles for 107.85, please see attached screenshot. I thought I was buying curcumin as seen in the screenshot and price; however, the email confirmation showed a different product for perfect amino. I emailed them within 4minutes of that email confirmation and then a few more times, including the screenshot showing it was supposed to be curcumin; I received automated responses from their zendesk saying they would contact me; a week later, nothing, except the next day they shipped me the wrong product, the perfectamino. this was deceitful advertising to say the least, to place an ad on google for curcumin, 3 bottles for 107.85, but to inconspicuously load perfectamino into the shopping cart and send out with ZERO customer response for a week after several emails sent.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I replied approximately 3 times within an hour of receiving the confirmation email indicating that your google adwords had listed the curcumin for the 107.xx and that I clicked that curcumin link and didnt realize it went to a different product since the price was the same... so i requested the item be cancelled; instead, 10hours or so later, the wrong item was shipped; and then, after nearly 7 days, I finally got an email from you all in regard to the item, requesting that i write 'return to sender' and bring it to the post office... a method that does not allow tracking to return an item that costs over $100.00; but i went to the post office anyway; the item was sent UPS to the local USPS and then was delivered locally by the USPS; the postal agent asked if i actually placed an order with this company; I indicated I had; the postal agent said they could not just 'return to sender' for an item delivered to them by UPS for an item i actually ordered from the company; I paid $10.10 to send the $107.xx item back with tracking, USPS tracking number 9114902200789826370206 ; I feel the company should pay for that shipping fee considering the curcumin screenshot i sent, showing the ad for curcumin for 107.xx that actually goes to a different item, that I emailed them multiple times within an hour to cancel the item, that it took nearly 7 days for the first reply from the company, and that it is unreasonable to request that I send a 107.xx item back with NO tracking, ntm the USPS postal agent refused to do so by their method of return in any case; I am not interested in any store credit as I feel their customer service needs improvement

      I have called this company on ten or more different occasions. Currently, as I'm filing this complaint, I have been on hold for 20 min and now I'm being sent to voicemail. As I read over the complaints, I see a common concern, that is their products (specifically Perfect Aminos) are having an adverse effect on customers. They have horrible not to mention unprofessional business practices. It would appear, after reading the other complaints, that they are having to process more refunds after purchases because their products should not be on the market. I returned my Perfect Aminos on Oct 28th, 2021 THEY RECEIVED THEM ON Oct 30th, 2021. I called after a week or so to ask about the refund, they then asked for a tracking number of which I could not find the receipt. I called 2 weeks later to inquire about my refund, again asked for a tracking number to process the refund. I finally went back to the post office to ask for a duplicate receipt. The postal worker wrote on the duplicate the day they received it and the **** OF DAY that they received the return. I called immediately to make them aware that they had in fact received the items and gave them the tracking number. I was told that I would receive a refund of ****** in the next 7 to 10 business days. It is now Dec 7th, 2021, and I have no refund, can't speak with anyone over the phone (they have caller ID ), and... yeah. So I will approach this matter in a different way now that I understand that it's not just me but everyone who does business with Advanced Bionutrionals can expect to 1. Be unhappy with their products 2. Never receive a refund after returning the products 3. **************** reps are about as unprofessional as they come. This affiliate should not be in business and I will make it my mission to make any and everyone aware of that fact. I would warn anyone reading this review PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY because you will be disappointed with the products as well as the service.

      Once a return is initiated we typically ask our customers to allow 30 business days for processing. This includes shipping and processing. Returns are always worked in the order they are received.  Even though your return showed delivered to our facility, depending on volume, there is a processing time before we are able to work your return and issue the refund. Refunds arrive in bulk by day and the team processes in the order received. 


      The agent agreed to expedite the refund even though the order had not been reviewed or processed during your call on November 29th. During the conversation you provided the tracking information. The agent was able to use that detail to confirm that the order had arrived to our facility and was pending processing. As a courtesy,she expedited the refund request and your refund was processed without inspection. The funds were back to your credit card December 6, 2021, in the amount of $127.71.


      We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this process may have caused. Our team will also work with our agents to ensure that proper communication is provided when a return is initiated. We do our best to keep our customers informed and set proper expectations at every interaction. Again, we are sorry we failed to do so during this interaction.
