    Hello,I ordered the Slim Keto supplements for 1 month. My order for 1 month was then shifted to auto payments of 6 bottles per month at a charge of $239.99/******** one at the company answers the phone. I have gotten emails from the company under a different name (Skim Plus Keto) with a link to cancel, but when trying to cancel they want to charge $10 to cancel my subscription. This month I noticed they renewed my subscription under a different order ID, so now getting charged $239.99 x2 and they want to charge me $10 to cancel each subscription. I plan to call the bank to cancel my card to get away from this scam of a company.

    I ordered 6 bottles of Keto gummies from Slim Plus Keto on 8/25/23. It was free until the promotional period was over which if I recall was 30 days. 8/26/23 I called to cancel and was told it was already processing and I had to wait for it to arrive and return it. According to email it was shipped 9/1/24. I can't check **** tracking now because it has been so long but as soon as I received it on 9/14/23 I called to return it. They gave me a RMA number and instructions. Once it was processed it would be applied to my account and wouldn't need to do anything further. I have not heard from this company until today 12/17/24. I was told they are going to ship more because they couldn't cancel my account because I never paid for the original product. I explained what happened and why would I pay for something I didn't have. After going back and forth woth this rude individual who interrupted me and Raised her voice I was told I didn't send it back within the time frame frame of the agreement which was 7 days so I owed $149 plus shipping. How would I have been able to get it back within 7 days of the order if it was shipped in 6 days of the order and received two weeks later? I received multiple threats of my credit and several charges to my account if I didn't pay. I dont recall since it has been more than a year what card I used so I have frozen all I can think may have been used but I can't do this forever. I also was called from a number I can't call back and when I hung up they called from a different number.I want to prevent any further charges and any potential for my credit to be impacted.I've attached screenshot from my email of the order, shipment, and the return info . All pertinent numbers and dates are on them.Please help!!!

    I bought keto gummies over a year ago. Paid outright for them on **. They are now calling me demanding I pay $250 to cancel subscription or they'll send me to collections. When I ask what the last 4 of the ** was on file, they tell me they don't keep that info. If I don't pay and cancel today I will continue to incur charges and this will go to the 3 major credit bureaus as a hit on my credit. How do I prevent this?

    I purchased this product 1 year ago. The last few days I have been getting calls from the billing department of slim plus keto asking for payment of $256.00. The company is no longer in business and would like to make an official BBB complaint. How do I stop these harassing phone calls. They will not send me an invoice or any documentation of the fee I owe. Suggestions, please.

    I bought this product not on a subscription based process. However they called & threatened me today saying I owe them $240 for a product I tried to return to them over a year ago. They continue to call & threaten me. Its harassment!

    I just received a call from SLIM PLUS KETO saying they are trying to get payment from a transaction in July, but when I asked for the last 4 digits of the credit card (I do everything thru ******), they said my payment info was encrypted and then hung up on me. I know that I tried to cancel but their delivery system has no information as to customer service, cancelling or reordering. I did not put myself on an auto delivery as they said I did. The fact that they hung up on me when I asked for details is suspect. I asked what the name of the company was so that I could track my payments and to please send me an invoice in writing. Entering 0 on amount because I'm not sure what they're asking!

    Date of transaction was December 26, 2023.There is no timeframe of money back guarantee anywhere on their website. Requested refund for unopened product but said that the money back was 30 days.Automatically signed me up for a monthly shipment even though first shipment was for 4 months supply. Was willing to send back unopened product minus the cost of shipping. They tried to get me to take the next shipment and take $40 off. When I said no, they offered $60 off.

    I tried to cancel this before it went through, and I thought it did and the original amount was in the $50.00 dollar range not $239.99. I would never order this product for for this dollar amount ever! Not only was I charged I never got a e-mail showing a receipt of the product. Now unfortunately it was delivered without a return address and only a PO Box, no phone number for any returns. I had to cancel my debit card and so I would have to get a check from this company if I can ever get a refund.Therefore I am unable to submit any documentation regarding the purchase, only a picture of the product I received in the mail.
