My husband and I purchased windows from Window Nation in August with an install date around August 22nd. The windows purchased were not tinted per the sales representative. After installation we noticed, you could not see out the windows at night, but if standing outside you could see into our house. We contacted Window Nation on the following days to discuss a resolution:August 28, 20 September 4, 6, 10, 11, 19, 30 October 4, 8, 15, 16, 23 November 11 January 14 A Window Nation representative was sent out in August, and I received an email from ****** ********, manager of customer experience, on 10/15. I followed up with him on 10/15, 10/23/ 11/11. and 1/15. After each call, Mr. ****** assured me that he would follow up and has yet to do so. I am requesting a refund for the windows or replacement.

We purchased replacement windows from Window Nation for the entire front of our house. A critical concern for us was the ability to still have interior mounted blinds. We specifically asked this question of our sales person, ****, and he said that would be no problem. The windows were installed and there is no longer space to install the blinds. We had to have service, because of a different issue, and were told the blind issue would be looked at, but there was nothing that could be done to change the install and that the sales person effectively lied to us as he should have known it was likely we would no longer be able to interior mount blinds. When trying to discuss this issue with the business I was told that there is no discussion to be had because the contract states this could happen and the fact the sales person lied does not matter.

A Window Nation salesman came to my home around 630 pm on 9/30 and me and my husband listened to his many stories and pitch. By 1030 pm, he is still in our home. We are tired and ready for him to leave. We sign an agreement for windows that cost over $20,000. We also wrote a check for $6000 as a down payment. On 10/4 we changed our mind and reached out to the Sales Manager, **** *******. Mr. ******* said he wouldnt allow us to cancel the contract and threatened to mess up our credit. After several conversations and emails, we received a text message that our contract was canceled but they were keeping our $6000. The salesperson and the company failed to do the following:Orally tell us our cancellation rights or their policy and did not provide us with a written summary of our cancellation rights.Give us two copies of the cancellation form (one to keep and one to send if we decided to cancel the purchase). The expansion of the consumer protections under Georgia Law includes a 30-day cancelation and we are requesting a full refund of our $6000.

I purchased over twenty windows and had the remainder have capping to have the trim match. The windows installed were not the color ordered and all had to be replaced, which they did take care of four months later. However, one of the capped windows cracked when they installed the capping and Ive called forty seven times to get a repair or even pay myself for a replacement. I cannot get anyone to call me back. Ive been told the branch manager and the install manager will call the next day. Ive talked to support now 20 times and they say the same thing every time and no one calls.

I financed a window project and the financed amount is thousands more then what was told. We did not sign papers for the loan we were assigned and I have proof the price is wrong. I have contacted Window Nation who has admitted the mistake but after weeks of calling havent been able to remedy the situation. The finance company is currently investigating the loan as fraudulent.

On March 12th a Window Nation sales rep ******* sold me 20 windows. 0% interest for 18 months and then 6% interest for the remainder of the payments needed. I received 2 bills since the windows were purchased and it shows 10% interest. I've tried emailing, calling them to get this corrected but to no avail. Window Nation said due to them using a 3rd party finance vendor they have nothing to do with this matter. Window Nation sold me a price and promised me zero interest for 18months. They are misleading their customers and are not answering any of my emails, calls regarding this matter. Their service finance company will give you the run around and repeat the same information. If you ask for a manager the call drops. My bill is for $221 which was promised at the time I signed the contract. However, $165 is going to interest and the remainder to my actual balance. I will end up paying close to $30,000 for windows that cost me $16000 if they do not honor their zero interest for 18 months. I have all of the text from the sales representative confirming this information. I need them to honor what they offered and sold to me and to fix this issue.
