We had windows installed and the exterior framing was horrendous. Pictures sent to salesman and same crew came out asking us what to do. Window Nation states their installers go through their training program but these installers had no idea how to fix the issue or understand the problem. They did the work again and we are left with uneven corners, sharp edges that will cut our grandchildren and corners are not flush together. The salesman was called and texted on multiple occasions. Finally we heard from install manager who said he would put in a ticket for a supervisor to call and set up a visit. Still no calls or follow through. My husband has surgery this Friday and I have surgery in 2 weeks. This is a stressful burden we did not sign up for. Does anyone know how to complete this job so we can focus on our health!! Window Nation salesman refuses to give us a contact number for install management so where does this leave us?Review from Oana M. M

Window Nation installed my windows over a year ago and after 10+ visits the installation is still not correct and after the Romeoville manager ******* got fired. I was told that it would be resolved within five day's by ****** new manager or area manager after we agreed to a $6500 credit. I never heard from him and have been calling multiple times ever month that was 5 months ago and nothing has been resolved still. I asked for a direct number or email, I was told only way to get a hold of them was to leave a message and expect a call within ********************************* from donation in five months. I have left messages for my project manager ************** have left messages for ******. I have filled out complaints online for window donation and have resulted to zero contact and zero resolve after paying $19,000. Lifetime Warranty has also been voided. Worse company Ive ever dealt with.
