            On 6-5-24 H&H Automotive Tire Service Center towed my 2016 ******* Tucson from my home to their shop to diagnose my SUV. It starts and drives but hesitates. The diagnosis stated I needed a new engine, so I requested he bring my SUV back home since the engine price he quoted was over $7000 plus his $2300 labor fee. I asked over text while the driver was headed to drop my car off what the charges would be for the diagnosis and towing, the employee quoted $195. When he arrived after 11 am on 6-11-24 with my SUV he said the price will be $240 and handed me the invoice. I paid cash. I parked the car and shut the motor off. A few hours later I tried to start the car it wouldnt start back. I texted the employee and he mentioned the scanners made the battery weak and that he had to jump it before he delivered it back and when he delivered it to my home he had to jump it again. I had already informed the employee that my car never had issues starting. On 6-17-24 I asked if he could put my new battery in that I purchased since the scanner drained my battery he agreed to put the battery in on 6-18-24 but never showed up. Therefore Im requesting a total of $216.76. $121.76 for the battery replacement and the extra $95 he later added to the invoice after quoting me $195.
