      Retail Direct LLC is an awful company and delivery guy was rude and would not take off the kitchen door and damaged one side of the refrigerator door and did not apologize. He also out stove back in hallway after putting it in kitchen. I had to ask him to take wrapping off fridge and did not take out microwave and I had to ask to remove dishwasher out of box. He also cracked the first plank of floor in hallway after he walked in house. Very reckless and not careful and rude.

      TERRIBLE! LIARS! Our daughter ordered a Husqvarna riding mower for her Dad and I for Christmas from ****** in *************** OH at the begonning of December. It was supposed to be delivered December 26th. Our daughter reced a text verifying it was going to be delivered, it was not. The man at ****** said that it was delivered to the store on the 26th and they had to put it together, then it would be delivered to us on January 2nd. Our daughter received a text the night before and said it would be delivered between 1 -5. It was not. She never received any notice saying differently. We called delivery yet again and the lady said that the day was switched to Jan. 5th. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager at ****** refused to speak to me, but a salesperson spoke to me, apologized, and guaranteed that it would be delivered on Friday the 5th. He also said they would give our daughter back 15% for the frustration. It came on the 5th, dead on arrival. We decided to return it. They said that they could not pick it up until the next day. Our daughter got a text saying that they would be here between 9:30&1:30. They did not come. My husband called and the lady at ****** in ******* said that it would be picked up between 2:30& 6:30. My husband asked how we could believe her and she gave him Retail LLC #. He called LLC who said that it was rescheduled for 4:30-8:30. This has been a nightmare. I'm not sure why ****** choose this company, but this company is terrible. They do not do what they say and do not come when they say they will come. Do not order anything from ****** that needs to be delivered. It won't get to you. They are very unhelpful and they lie. I would give them a 0 if I could. It's definitely not worth the frustration. Get your stuff through another company that uses their own people to deliver.

      Sloppy delivery service! Tried to force the brand new refrigerator through the front door and scratched the door frame (causing damage to my house) as well as damaged the refrigerator itself. The entire incident could have been avoided if they didn't try to cut corners by NOT removing the doors! After contacting ****** and speaking with multiple people, the situation was "taken care of" by a regional manager who "authorized" the switching out of the damaged refrigerator with a brand new one. This happened after I was told that I had to buy a new one, then have the damaged one picked up, and once it was checked in at the distribution center, I would then get refunded the amount. Once the second refrigerator was delivered, the guys tried to have me switch just the doors on the refrigerators simply because he did not want to switch them out. I am glad that I stood my ground and would not let these guys persuade me into doing something that I did not want to do simply because they were being lazy. TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!!!

      On June 15, 2023 I purchased a washer and dryer from Lowes. My items were delivered on Saturday June 17th. ( they also remove the old washer and dryer ) The 2 guys that delivered my washer and dryer broke the drainage pipe and tried to jam the pipe back in the drainage hole in the floor causing more damage to the *** pipe. I notified Lowes of the damage on the same day (6-17-23) and spoke with a store manager ******. He said that he would start the claim process. I call them back on Monday 6-19-23 and the manager ***************** and said he never spoke with me. Finally I was connected to Retail Direct LLC I gave them the details on what happened and I sent photos and there response was a letter denying responsibility saying their drivers said it was already broken which is not true because I had just used the old washer on 6-15-23 and the drainage pipe was working just fine. And They said the drive said the pipe was unsafe to use. The area was not unsafe they could see that in the pictures that I sent them and their delivery drivers are not home inspectors their job was to remove the old items and install the new washer and dryer not to damage the customers property. I spent $1595. On the washer and dryer I should not have to shell out more money to repair damage that they made. ***** needs to take responsibility and pay for the damaged pipes

      Damage My Home broke a pipe, trying to remove the washer hose and said I did it. I am 62 and disabled on a ****** and dont even have the strength to break a hose or do I have the tools to remove the house he had to be removed a hose and broke the pipe.

      Delivered a washer with loose hardware unreachable to remove myself. During spin cycle the hardware would jumble around causing a ton of noise. Called same day and they said a replacement would be delivered. It has now been 2 weeks and still no replacement. Finally scheduled for delivery today with notes that the business they are delivering to is open 9am to 9pm. They "attempted" to deliver at 7:50am and refused to come back. **************** constantly lying about contacting the driver and ETA's. Extremely dissatisfied with this company and still don't have a replacement unit. Supposedly rescheduled for 2 days from now but not holding my breath.0/10 terrible experience

      I ended up returning a refrigerator and dishwasher to ****** because of how horrible my experience has been with Retail Direct. Each time I've dealt with this company for delivery and installation, it has been the exact same crew, and each time, they refuse to do the install due to "liability", which resulted in me having to call another professional in and incur added expense who can get it done in ***** minutes. At this point, I simply didn't want the headache and decided to give the appliances back to ******. I'm assured that they are parting ways with this company by the end of the month, but in the meantime, I need some place to store my refrigerated items. Hopefully I'll have better luck with Best Buy.

      Driver came into my home without me present and without verbal permission or contacting me! Delivery was to be between 3/4 pm.. driver arrived aprox 45 mins before timeframe of 3 and 4pm. Entered my home taking photos and videos and slandering existing contractors who had permission to be in my home! This is beyond unacceptable. This employee needs to be reprimanded for his actions of harassment and entering my home WITHOUT my permission. This needs to be corrected with me as a customer and home owner and is extremely uncalled for a disrespectful!

      Absolutely horrible customer service. I've been waiting at my house for 2 full days waiting on Retail Direct to pick up my shower door I'm returning to Lowes, and they've rescheduled me countless times, and then an employee even lied and said that I'd decided my last scheduled pickup was too late in the day, so I wanted to reschedule again. But I never spoke to anyone about rescheduling. I'd waited home all day for a 2nd day. This company has horrible communication and is unreliable. They even hung up on me during my last call. Don't waste your time. They're the worst!

      These people have the worst service ever! If I could give them a no stars, I would. ****** contracted them out to deliver appliances in June. They dropped my fridge in the driveway, 6 ATTEMPTS later, they tried to deliver the same fridge with the entire front dented in. They did over $2000 in damage to my driveway because their driver got stuck and slid all the way down. I produced photos and details. They told me "I can't prove it was them"!! Terrible, terrible people!!!!!!
