  I am writing to formally file a complaint for professional misconduct, breach of contract, and reckless behavior while handling my case.Below, I outline the details of their actions, the violations of my contract, and the harm caused by their unprofessional conduct: 1. Fraudulent Retainer Practices falsely claimed that my retainer had been exhausted but refused to accept further payment when I offered to replenish it. They claimed that my attorney would handle payment without my authorization and then cited his unavailability as a reason for stopping work. These actions demonstrate dishonest business practices and a lack of transparency in financial dealings.2. Unlawful Termination of Services My contract with ********************** outlined specific terms tor the completion of their investigative services. Despite this, they terminated my investigation based on unfounded accusations of unethical behavior on my part. Furthermore, they refused to provide me with the investigation report, a clear breach of the contract, which stipulates my entitlement to all findings upon completion of their services.3. Reckless and Unsafe Conduct [Investigator/Agency] engaged in reckless behavior during the investigation, resulting in an incident where they were ambushed at gunpoint by an individual. Their actions not only jeopardized their safety but also compromised the integrity of my case and created potential liability for me. This demonstrates a gross lack of professionalism and due diligence, which should be expected from a licensed private investigator.Impact of Their Actions Their unprofessional and unethical conduct has caused the following: Financial harm due to incomplete services and refusal to provide deliverables. Emotional distress due to their baseless accusations and reckless behavior. Potential legal and reputational risks caused by their mishandling of the investigation.

  We hired this business for cell phone forensic data extraction. They initially asked for $3000. We were assigned an investigator who was out on bond himself. He did absolutely nothing. When it came time to do the phone extraction they asked for another $2000. We were told a man on the prosecutorial list would be doing this phone extraction. We were not given any more information at that time. We found out he took a convicted child molester ***************** with Gwinnett county into the courthouse to do the phone extraction. This was denied for the obvious reasons and it highly damaged our case. We immediately cut ties with this company and investigator. The company has not done a single thing to make this right except put blame on us and the defense attorney. I have filed a complaint with the Secretary of State given the license information of those involved. We have requested money back which they refuse but we cannot continue to work with them due to them involving a child molester. I feel who they involved in this matter warrants for immediate termination of contract with no fault on us the client.
