This business has mailed my ********************************************* pay for and is now billing him for it. This is a scam targeting the elderly.       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I am pleased that they have removed my father, *********************************, from their mailing list.  Their response is suspicious however, as my Dads name is not as they provided as their proof that he requested the book. I am disappointed in this company and any company that takes advantage of our senior citizens.

      My mother is 88. She never ordered the books and sent several back. The bill insist she owed *****. She finally paid it and we have a return check from the bank saying so. They now say she owes *****. I refuse to let her send another ***** after we send several books back that she never ask for. Please do something about this company. They are targeting Senior citizens.

      This company has been billing my elderly mother for several months now. She is 84 years old and she never ordered any books, but she has received them. She mailed them back and stated that she didn't want, or request the books, but she continues to get nasty billing statements. They won't reply to phone calls, and the number on the website doesn't match. They said they are a different company. This is frustrating and stressful for my mother. Please cancel all billing and shipping. She doesn't want anything to do with your business.

      Just found out that FC&A has been scamming my grandmother out of $50 a year for 7 years. They send books she has never ordered every few months. She always returns a card that says CANCEL- REMOVE FROM LIST. They continue to threaten her with past due bills and aggressive collections attempts. She is 90 years old and has mental issues so she has no idea what these people are talking about but she gets scared of being in trouble with the law so she just forks over money. FC&A is a group of "good ole boys" bullies that are protected by someone else in the industry. I demand every dollar extorted from my grandmother be repair on grounds of FRAUD. This company has stolen money from my grandmother. BEWARE!

      I received a book with the guaranty if I was not 100% satisfied I could cancel before first payment, the book contained inaccurate health information and was outdated. I marked cancel on first invoice that came with book, with a note if you want book back send a mailing label. No response, sent another on next bill same note, big letters cancel, they keep on billing adding charges, the book is a false printing of information from decades ago referring to a "country doctor" which is false I put down ***** as it would not go through, it is harassment the company is doing not honoring their policy or responding to our mail

      Our records show a phone call was received by our *************************** on 1/9/24 at 10:36 am EST regarding this invoice.  The caller first stated they never received the book and then later said they did have it. Our customer service representative was in the process of explaining to the caller that we are currently asking for the book to be donated to a local library when the caller disconnected the call.  At that time our representative did cancel the invoice due to the conversation. The balance is now zero and your name and address have been removed from out mailing list.

      Regarding previous letters you said were sent and the $30.00 that was paid to our company, we are currently showing no record of receiving either.  We do not require payment for a product until our customers have a chance to hold it in their hands and see that they are getting exactly what we promised.  If you do find where you made that payment, please send proof of payment and we will be happy to refund you that amount.
