  I began sending requests within 3 1/2 months of moving in about plumbing issues. One plumber came and said there were several cleaning clothes flushed, probably from the cleaners that did a poor job after our final walk through. There was also a leak from the dishwasher and Silverstone said it was the dishwasher itself and not the plubming so we had someone come look at the unit. When he pulled it from the wall the technician described several issues with the plumbing he noticed. I continued sending requests but for over a year they did not respond, even when I put the requests in their portal or emailed them. Now, the leak is causing the floor to have issues and mold is growing under the kitchen sink. We have a 2 year old that is now beginning to cough everyday and my wife has visited a pulmonologist for testing. When I stated that, they finally emailed me and said to send the issue to Quality Builder's Warranty. QBW is now saying this is after the 2 years and won't be covered. I was never told to contact QBW, but only Silverstone. I work in education and the arts so it is surprising how many people I run across that are moving and ask for recommendations; I will not be able to recommend Silverstone as a reputable builder. I have never had these sorts of issues with a product or service of any type. I just want to work with the company and get things taken care of, but they seem to not care. Hopefully QBW will help, if not I am going to the next phase because this is now putting my family's health at stake.

  They are the worst management company I have ever dealt with, they put anybody in their apartments dont care if they are!! dont fix nothing right away it's always a problem, when I complained about things I needed fixed they tried to evict me, another problem is with the other tenants from h*** the ones who live over my head are horrible kid is so out of control makes noise all day everyday and I dont mean regular noise I mean bad to the point I haven't had a peaceful day since they moved in, I been complaining and nothing they also destroyed my bathroom and kitchen with water damaged from their lunatic kid, I'm so fed up you wouldn't believe what I go through and on top of that the 3rd floor people got their dog crapping all over the yard and they just dont care, it's all about money!!!

  Silverstone properties a bunch of crooks thieves liars and crooked property managers slumlords from ******, ******, ******, the maintenance crew, ************************ all of them are crooked unprofessional property management like I said slumlords

  Definitely SLUMLORDS! I haven't had air conditioning in 6 months, no hot water for 3 months( different time NO WATER for whole weekend another was 7 days), MOLD for 2yrs, water dripping in kitchen left for 2wks, water pouring in kids bathroom no emergency number so I had to figure it out on my own. My daughter has asthma and ******* said "sounds like a personal problem." Most recently they have put CHILDREN AT RISK by permanently closing the gate the children use when getting off the school bus so they don't get hit by on coming traffic. They bribe tenants to stay and even go as far as writing their own reviews under the tenants name. They have switched management multiple times in the last 2yrs,switched property names at least 3xs, they have NO maintenance staff they use temps or randoms and nobody knows office hours because 1 thing is posted online another is posted outside the office and when they decide they're going to work is different. Complex has been on the news for a missing child and tenants not having hot water during one of the coldest *******.
