    The company charged $99.99 for an assessment. ****** told me he could get me parts numbers do I could get the parts, and then he could service the oven. The receptionist told me several times she would get me the part numbers. She never did. I’m highly dissatisfied with the service as they have provided me with absolutely nothing. I should not be charged because Mr. Appliance employees are incompetent at their jobs. I want a full refund for not providing proper service or answering any questions after I had paid. ****** spent less than 10 minutes my house and charged me $99.99 and DID NOT provide me with the information requested. I was very patient up until now. So please value my time and money. At least you can give me my money back.

    Scammed out of $100. Shawn said I needed certain parts for commercial oven. When I called to get the part numbers so I could get the parts from my over salesman, the receptionist was unhelpful. Wouldnt refund me for not doing anything. Not even sure if Shawn knew what he was talking about. I have nothing to show for my $100.

    Thank you for letting us know about your service call. Unfortunately, my staff is not authorized to release part numbers after a diagnostic. We now consider this matter closed due to your belligerent behavior towards my staff. Please do not contact us again.

    Being belligerent is no excuse to take money from someone without providing a service. Thats actually just an poor obvious excuse for your fraudulent behavior . Youre whole business has felt like a scam.Communication with your company is impossible to non-existent. No one ever calls back or provides the information you requestHow is diagnosing our oven and not giving us access to the part numbers for repair helpful?I cant even trust the diagnostic test. now.ShawnB also said he could repair it as long as he could get the parts. I could get the parts from my oven source. We would have gone along with the repair as long as ***** and your company was competent enough to get us the proper information. there was absolutely no service provided. I would like a refund.
