            Ordered their product that was temperature sensitive. Received 6 email that product was on way. Sat in ****** ******* for 3 days . Called the company 6 times, to say we were leaving on vacation, do not deliver. Apparently they did and it sat in the hot sun for a week.

            The customer is complaining that they did not receive the order. As you can see we sent the customer the tracking information and it was in fact delivered. This customer has repeatedly tried to scam us out of free products. We have a full time customer support center available to assist with any issues and the patient never contacted us or responded to our delivery confirmation call. Thank you

            Indeed it sat at our door in the hot sun. It was temperature sensitive and HAD TO BE REFRIGERATED. We spoke to customer service on several occasions and said it will probably be late due to the holiday. However, prior to delivery to our home, it sat at a Pooler Georgia mail facility unrefrigerated. Guess if your sending medicine that needs to be refrigerated, one needs to use an appropriate delivery company, not just a cheap one. Scam? I take umbrage at that comment. Documentation on social media state that this company is in question. The product was thrown out as it was told to us it became unusable. American Express has had many complaints re this company.             I began taking Semigultide because GetThin MD promised guaranteed amazing results. Ive spent $1500 over a 5 month period. Ive taken the medication as directed with only a 5 pound weight loss. This is not amazing results as guaranteed. *** reached out with only an offer of $100 off my next order. I wouldnt dream of ordering from this company again. I would like at least half of my money refunded. This company does not deliver what they promise. Scam alert!
