I contracted Greater Resoration 1.17.24 to add bathroom, ************* room to my deceased mothers home for 17, ****** starting w/6500 down and ALL materials included per contract #******, this would take approx 3weeks. On 1.21 *************************************************** request another 5200 as plumber supposedly finished their portion and now they needed to frame everything & get more supplies, I didnt see them for approx 3~4 days so I reached out to remind them I had renters arriving Mar 1 and was told plumber really sick so may add a week to project but they could do others things,well the week went by and ***** and someone else I never seen turned off ALL water dug around septic tank plus removed county water turn off I didnt like that. Some other ppl started working framed up with out water proofing for shower or sink/toilet therefore serious puddles of water from shower head & where they left concrete open from outside allowing rodents to enter home. Now they are asking for 2k of remaining 4k to complete 3months later, they say they under bidded plus having financial issues & if I dont they will put lien on hm. I have a 10k estimate to fix most of damage but doesnt included, sinks, counter tops, mirrors, 1 pc washer/dryer, flooring, tape/repair vents, correctly attach lighting, damage from ripping out bookshelf, didnt cover my furniture so sheet rock dust everywhere, waisted something blue which soaked into corner of my cream sofa, ripped my grill cover, put cast iron on newly delivered furniture, damaged mahogany bed frame, reattaching furnace, hoses & ect. They told me they would have tarps on top of everything and work on one room at a time. Sump pump was installed but left uncovered as is it NOW so filling with rain water, dirt,& garbage left by them from lunch/drinks & loose papers. On website they have a house as reference they claim to be working on also but its actually part of my home, I sadly see picture of my family. Not only is work subpar/damages
