            I purchased a vehicle from Palmer Dodge in February 2024. Upon completing the paperwork, ******* from Palmer Dodge informed me that the emissions test had not been completed on the vehicle. He included an "I owe you" for the cost of the emissions test, promising that I would be reimbursed once I had it done. He assured me that I could contact him, and he would promptly send the refund.Despite the refund being only $25, it's the principle that matters to me. I have contacted ******* about 4 or 5 times, and he consistently tells me that the refund has been sent. However, I have not received it yet. I initially contacted him a few times shortly after the vehicle purchase (dates and times not recorded) and again on 4/12/24 at 4:28 PM and 5/24/24 at 2:43 PM. Still, I have not received the $25 check.

            Went in to dealership to get a used 4x4 dodge to replace my old truck that broke down back in February while i was there for schooling and the dealership never showed me any used trucks never helpped me with what i was looking for instead they put me in a 4x2 ****** dollar truck they never paid attention to the fact that i live up north and drive in snow sleet ice during the winter they put my interest rate at 18.3% and had to pay the following month been fighting with the dealership about my license plate cuz im out of stater tried trading the truck while i was down there for a 4x4 and they never wanted to help me and now they are refusing to do their job correctly and listen to the customer like they should have in the beginning and because of this i will be posting this everywhere to let people know that palmer dodge dealership is a job and only care about selling the car and the money they dont care about the customer and because the dealership never listend to me THE CUSTOMER now theyve put me my wife and my new born daughter in danger now and with the payment plus interest rate i wont be able to provide enough money to put food and clothes on my family this dealership SCREWED me over big time and this dealer ship is palmer dodge in rosewell Georgia
