This specific location on their website shows a vehicle msrp of $46,750 with ****** off of the sticker price. I called and spoke with **** who stated he is the sales manager. I gave him the stock# and price. **** then states the $****** off the sticker price is only if you are a first responder or military. However this is not stated anywhere online that you have to be a first responder *********** to get the $****** off which is completely being falsely advertised

    To whom it May Concern,

My name is **** ****** I am the General Sales Manager at Palmer DCJR. I called Mr **** ******** after seeing his threat to report us to the better business bureau. I asked what happened and upon him telling me the issues he was having he proceeded to say things like "imagine working on Saturdays for the rest of your lives" and "if I did business the way ya'll did I'd be out of business". I explained that we've been in business for over ************************************************************************************************************ after explaining that other dealers had changed the pricing after he arrived at the dealership. He began belittling me at which time I just said "sorry we couldn't help" and he hung up the phone. I've attached the advertisement(directly from our website) as well as what he responded to our CRM essentially calling us "losers" for working on Saturdays.

    Thanks Again

I am rejecting this response because:
They are falsely advertising the online prices online then trying to give a different price in person. Please see attached. If you look at the online advertised price it doesnt match the quote they sent to me. Everything else that **** ****** had to say is complete heresy and untrue to cover their backs from what they are doing. How do you advertise one price online but in person you tell the customer they wont stand by the advertised online price then say that the online price is for first responders and military however this isnt stated anywhere online. This is called false advertising
    Sincerely,

    To Whom it May Concern,

The price online price includes a $1000 trade in assistance and $1000 finance incentives. We will be glad to sell it for the internet price as long as that is the case.

I am rejecting this response because:
This is again false advertising. If you advertise an online price with stipulations you are required to add that on your online website. This dealership uses false advertising to lure potential customers, however they dont honor the online advertised price. Again this is called false advertising and is illegal

    Sincerely,

I purchased a vehicle from Palmer Dodge in February 2024. Upon completing the paperwork, ******* from Palmer Dodge informed me that the emissions test had not been completed on the vehicle. He included an "I owe you" for the cost of the emissions test, promising that I would be reimbursed once I had it done. He assured me that I could contact him, and he would promptly send the refund.Despite the refund being only $25, it's the principle that matters to me. I have contacted ******* about 4 or 5 times, and he consistently tells me that the refund has been sent. However, I have not received it yet. I initially contacted him a few times shortly after the vehicle purchase (dates and times not recorded) and again on 4/12/24 at 4:28 PM and 5/24/24 at 2:43 PM. Still, I have not received the $25 check.

I purchased a vehicle from Palmer Dodge in March 2024. The vehicle has multiple problems with its condition vs how it was advertised. I have made multiple attempts to contact the dealer about resolving the complaint, including sending an email to the contact my salesman handed me off to, multiple managers, and the owner of the dealership. I ask the dealership to have someone contact me that is capable and willing to attempt to resolve my issues with the vehicle.

Took delivery of a new vehicle that was replaced by Lemon Law, on 9/13/2023 and the car still has not been registered under my name and they keep making excuses on why they haven't done yet.

The issue is that ***** Fargo hasnt sent the title to Stellantis yet. The Laucellas original vehicle was financed with *****.  So in turn they havent paid for the buyback yet. We are just the middle man at this point. My GM(*******************) has called our reps at ***** to try and help. We completely understand the frustration and wish there was more that we could do.

I have talked with ***** Fargo and the only thing they have to do is a vin swap which has been done on their part.

The dealer is saying that Stellantis has yet to pay the dealer for the vehicle.

Hailey from the *** group in charge of the lemon swap has said that everything in their part is done.

They should have received the title according to Stellantis this week so the title work has been sent off to the state.   The person the customer was speaking with was an agent collecting paperwork not Stellantis.  Sorry for the issues and I have brought to to the attention of Stellantis so this never happens again.

I took my car into Palmer Dodge on Nov. 3, 2022 for an oil change. I made an appointment prior to Nov. 3rd. My appt. was for 9am. I arrived 20 minutes early. Upon arrival I was told that it would be a minimum wait time of 2+ hours. I asked the man why they made an appt. for 9am when they wouldn't honor that. He got short with me and said; "ma'am, what and I supposed to *********** is already full with cars! I don't know what to tell you." I walked inside the service office and was told he shouldn't have said that to me because they would honor my appt. time. I was then told to wait in their waiting area inside the dealership and it would be 45 minutes. 45 minutes later I receive a call from the service tech I needed a new water line because mine was loose but not to worry because it was covered under warranty. I questioned him repeatedly because prior to my arrival my car was fine. No warning lights went off in my car, etc. This has happened before with Palmer Dodge. The previous oil change, same thing happened. They told me my fuel pump line or something like that needed to be replaced but not to worry because it was covered under warranty. The time before that, I had my car fully serviced with Palmer dodge at my ****** miles. We bought a 3 pack oil change with them then. I got my car back from them with my 40K service and I had an ant problem inside my car. They did nothing about that and didn't apologize for it either. The 2nd oil change I had a fuel pump issue that needed to be fixed. The 3rd oil change they needed to fix my water line. I was suspicious after the 2nd oil change and needed some warranty work but then my suspicions grew greatly when I needed warranty work after the 3rd oil change. Keep in mind with each of these oil changes, I had gone in for a simple oil change that would normally take 45 minutes and was without my car for 6+ hours. I finally got my car back after a long day of Ubering back and forth. Drove it the next day and my auxiliary battery light was on. I drove straight to Palmer Dodge the following morning and was told it would be $190 to replace. I told them I wasn't paying for anything because they did something to my car. After a lot of yelling and arguing they took a look at my car and the young man came back and told me that the service tech working on my car purposely unscrewed my water line so it had to be fixed. I worry that every single woman who walks into Palmer Dodge ****************** is being taken advantage of. It isn't right and there needs to be an investigation into their underhanded practices.

Im very sorry for the issues.  I would be glad to meet you next time you come in and make sure whatever we recommend is a valid recommendation.  This  is unusual and is not typical with palmer dodge standards. I can be contacted anytime with any further issues.
