    Recently bought a used truck from this company I did not see the truck in person, 2 two videos of truck with one salesman feeling me about 2 minor issues with truck and NO rust? After I received truck, noticed multiple issues with truck, and **** of course I was lied too, did not receive what was promised Also truck was supposed to be detailed before delivery truck was. It clean Called dealership and talked to manager manager has not responded since.

    Customer bought a *********** truck and received a ****-dollar discount and free shipping to **************. Customer also received 2 videos clearly showing that there is surface rust and damages due to age of vehicle. Customer is being very unreasonable. He is expecting a brand-new vehicle, salesperson went over damage with him and sent videos of undercarriage.

    Ive had a hard time talking with the manager and the owner has never  spoke with me, he has declined my invitation 

    after the truck was delivered, I noticed all the issues sent pics and videos to dealership I requested the dealership pay for all issues which the manager said he would talk to owner and get back to me no response 

    so I started buying the items today to fix on the truck 

    probably will cost 500-1000 dollars to fix issues including labor, I cannot do all the fixes myself

    heres the items:

    passenger side mirror

    back up brake light

    tailgate opener cover , handle and opener mechanics 

    center console cover

    front seat covers to cover holes

    near drivers side door pins and bushings

    the front bumper needs adjusted not sure what the process of that will be.

    the back seatbelt is broken not sure how to fix

    also I was told truck would be detailed truck was not

    Truck does not have any rust on the frame or undercarriage.  Yes there are minor cosmetic repairs that need to be done but the truck is 24 years old. We did not advertise it as a brand new truck. We sent multiple videos and photos before ******************* decided to purchase the truck. Customer is being unreasonable after the sale, he was aware of said minor issues. He was given a huge discount in lieu of minor cosmetic repairs. Also was given free shipping to **. We have been more than accommodating and reasonable.

    the truck was delivered with **** miles more than was stated on bill of sale Im not being unreasonable, I can sleep at night, Im sure this business cannot, make it right!!

    its  unresponsable for a business to ignore phone calls and not call a customer back, I have called numerous times without callback seems like you are hiding something, further more the owner will not contact me now whos being unrealistic???

This customer is a real piece of work to blatantly lie about his experience and claim that we lied about warranty.     We did finally figure it out with *** they do have a warranty, as we took the car in for the headlights that did not work. 

    However, what they found was even more alarming.  After reading several other reviews online, it appears this company buys damaged vehicles and then hides the defects.  The vehicle sold is unsafe for the road, and this dealer should have their license removed.  These issues could have caused an accident or even the death of the driver.

    1. Headlights not working

    2. The engine mount not connected so engine is not secure

    3. The wheel bushing is completely damaged.

    4. Fluid loss at strut needs replacement.

    While I understand a used dealership sells cars "As is" with no dealer warranty, I don't think it is legal to knowingly withhold material facts about damaged parts that cause the car to be unsafe to operate. It is unreasonable for a dealer to expect a buyer to inspect a car before purchase.

    The dealer needs to buy the car back or pay for all repairs.

    I bought at **** Jeep Wrangler from this dealer and on the way home the Jeep broke down on the highway. I immediately called and was told I would have to get it to a mechanic. After spending $500 to get the Jeep running the salesman and manager said they would talk to the owner about reimbursement and now they wont return my calls or tell me they will call back. After having the Jeep for a week it would not start and I was left stranded again and had to spend another $225 to get a new battery. I have contact the dealer 6 times now with no response after paying $14k for a jeep and over $600 in repairs in the first few days of having the jeep.

    *****, we gave you a ****-dollar discount on a **** jeep wrangler. We ran it through an emissions station a few hours before you picked the car up. If there were active issues with the jeep it would not have passed ga emissions. We have that certificate from the state. Unfortunately, these are used vehicles and things go wrong. We instructed you to either bring it back so we could look at it or get an estimate. You decided to pay for the repairs yourself without consulting us on the estimate first. We were trying to work with you, but you decided to do things your own way. Best of luck!

    I am rejecting this response because: I provided you with an estimate for the repairs and you indicated you were getting an estimate from your local mechanic and were working on reimbursement for the initial repair I had to make.   Running a vehicle through emissions does not indicate if there are issues with the coolant system and the battery which cause the vehicle to break down.

    I am rejecting this response because: As you can see from the attached screenshots of the text messages with ****** the manager, you were provided an estimate and there was never an agreement that I wouldnt get it repaired and you indicated that you were preparing a check for me.   There is nothing that states I would bring the none working Jeep back to you for the repair.   You asked for an estimate and it was provided and I was told the owner would check with his mechanic and you would get back to me and here we are.  The only reason you responded was because I contacted the BBB.

    Purchased a 2014 JEEP Wrangler Unlimited with ******* miles on 08FEB2023 for $27,988.00 from *********************** of Atlanta Motorsports Sales LLC in ********, GA. On the trip home the check engine light went off. The code was for the Catalytic Converter and O2 sensors. Called dealership and left message for **** with details of issue in which he never returned call. Did this twice. On through the next couple weeks we started having issues with the vehicle smoking and it smelled like burning oil. Also while I was installing aftermarket parts I noticed quit a bit of oil leaking, key fob started setting alarm off and slop in steering getting worse. Took vehicle to CROWN in *********** to have it checked out. They came back with multiple major issues totalling an Estimated $10,268.57 in parts and repairs in which I have two detailed reports that they emailed to me and can send for reference. If the dealership serviced this vehicle before selling there is no way they would not have found all the oil leaks, injector issues, O2 Sensors and multiple other services item issues that were not addressed. I have called the dealership and left a message for **** with no return call again. We did purchase ************ with the Essential Package coverage. ***** has had the vehicle now for almost two weeks and has been trying to summit claim with warranty company with no answer as of yet to if they will cover anything. If it's not covered I believe this ALL should have been found and corrected before the vehicle was sold and should be covered by Atlanta Motorsports LLC.

    12/14/22 Date of transaction Amount $16, 698 **** Lexus I understand buyer beware, and purchasing a car that is sold "as-is." However, there must be some integrity and oversight for businesses. We bought a car online from Atlanta Motorsports Sales, LLC. We asked the sales team the right questions for the vehicle we were interested in. We did our homework. This vehicle was from ************. We understood there was a possibility of rust underneath because of the area. We specifically asked if there was any rust and were assured there was not. We also researched that this model may have a problem with a cracked dash. We specifically asked the sales team multiple times if the dash was cracked. Again we were assured that it was not. We agreed on a price, purchased and received the vehicle. We immediately noted the underbody was severely rusted to the point we were concerned about the integrity of the vehicle's frame. The dash is also cracked. The dash is a concern because we cannot complete the repair ourselves because of safety factors involving airbags. Upon reaching out to the salesperson, he put us in touch with the sales manager. I spoke with the sales manager, and he agreed that this was unacceptable and would talk with the owner about compensating us so we could fix these concerns. Since then, I have sent months of emails and phone calls. They have yet to respond or return our calls. This is a gross misrepresentation of the vehicle that we purchased. It is completely unacceptable, and they should be held accountable and not allowed to complete transactions without oversight. I have still not heard anything to date, I am filing this complaint because I want compensation for the two items specifically that were misrepresented to us on this vehicle. The cost is exceptionally high to mitigate. I won't be doing business with this company ever again, and I want to be sure that others are forewarned about their misrepresentation and unsavory sales tactics.

    I am rejecting this response because, This is not accurate. We were not sent photos showing rust of this caliber. We DID speak on the phone multiple times and were told there was very little rust. We did receive a carfax showing where the car was coming from, which is why we specifically asked these questions. We also asked about any damage to the dash because it is a known issue and were assured that there was NO damage. This damage is aged and DID NOT happen on the transport from GA. The carfax specifically said there was NO cracked dash. The phone conversation we had prior to the business not responding, was they were going to ask the owner to compensate us in some way for the misrepresentation.

    As previously mentioned, ******* was aware of the age of the vehicle and mileage. The car was from up north and we provided the carfax free of charge, the vehicle was located up north for 20 years. we posted photos of the undercarriage on our website and sent her photos. She also received photos of the dash, we are not going to pay/reimburse for anything since she was aware of this before making her purchase, thanks

    I am rejecting this response because: I am not disputing the age of the vehicle, the mileage, or that the vehicle was located in the north. As previously mentioned, we asked about the rust and NEVER received photos indicating the entire underbody was rusted to the degree it was. I received pictures of side of the dash that was not cracked, but not the area above the drive side that was indeed cracked. I have uploaded the documentation that shows you advertised it as not cracked. When we received the vehicle, the crack was evident and NOT a new crack; it did not happen during transportation. Even though we had a verbal conversation indicating you would be willing to consider compensation, I have no faith in your business practices. I don't expect any compensation, but I hope to let others know to be aware.

    On February 9, 2023 I purchased a truck from Atlanta Motorsports, in *******, **. The truck was represented as as no mechanical issues, on February 15, the truck was delivered to me, it had several mechanical issues. When I contacted the **********; they told me not there problem. I reached out to legal counsel were I was advised to send them an email to revoke acceptance. I sent an email to *******************************, owner and ***********************, Finance manger that read. " I ***************************** wish to Revoke acceptance under OCGA 11-2-608. I am familiar with ********** v AMS. I know you know what it means. I have not hired an attorney and I don't want to. Please resolve this matter without attorneys." I told them I could be contacted at 000.000.000 in 24 hours.About 30 minutes later I received a call from **** at AMS, totally cursed me out calling me a lot of stupid ******* and all kinds of ignorant b****** with threats that if I send anything else to them I will regret it. Also admitting the truck only had a few issues and I should spend $500 to fix the brakes and leave them the f*** alone or I would be sorry.The mechanical issues have been diagnosed with a ******** Ben ********** totaling $24,000.00 to correct; I paid $29,000 for the truck 2015 ******** **** GL 550.I find him racist, rude, very degrading and dangerous, I originally wanted the truck fixed; now I want to be made hole with a full refund and an apology.But I will make sure every African American through what ever platform I have will know the business dealings of AMS.I have researched and found several bad reviews on AMS; they have open complaints with BBB; they have took advantage of teenagers buying there first car and veterans.Please help me tell my story; this was to be my gift to me for my 65th birthday next week.

    This person is not telling the truth in regards to the situation. We offered her son a warranty several times and he declined, the vehicle passed an emissions test before the sale and again after they purchased it, clearly nothing was wrong with this vehicle.

    I purchased a vehicle and the wrench light came on the same day I purchased the vehicle and I immediate text ******* the seller and then he referred me to ****** the manager and he was telling me to take it to different places( 2 diffent *** boys, one mechanic shop a can't remember the name) to get the wrench light check out and all the places I took the truck to didn't have the equipment to check the light out so I call ****** back and finally he told me to take it to the **** dealership, they check the out and diagnosed the vehicle over with $8000 worth of work to the vehicle I email ****** the diagnosis of the vehicle. Looking for a reply to email no response and I calling him in the office numerous time and getting no answer im leaveing messages and ****** is not returning my calls. They are selling vehicles already in bad condition.

    Because I did purchase a 2008 **** but it was a super duty truck the mileage on it was roughly $153,000 miles on it.They never offer a warranty and I never attempted to call 6 months later for repairs. I called the day after I purchased the truck, the wrench light came on and  ****** the manager told me to take it to **** dealership and do a diagnostic on it. **** said it needed $8,000 worth of repairs on it. It was major problem.

    I purchased a used E350 ************** in June of 2022, from Atlanta MotorSports and I am still waiting on ****( one of the owner), ****** or **** to return my call.When I picked up the car the *** light was on and **** give me the replacement part(s), and said, take it to the dealer and we will cover the cost! I have the box with the part! Fast forward to about 2 weeks later, it was raining outside and inside of the car. I send the video to the ***** I also notify him of the check engine light and oil light came on. I was told to take the car to the dealership to figure out the issue and AGAIN they will cover the expenses. I was told by ****** to go ahead and register the car after they received the estimate, and I did, despite my better judgment. When I reached out to ****** he suddenly had a case of amnesia, toward me, the car and the all of the other problems that they promised to take care of documentation by text. I am still waiting for ANYONE/SOMEONE from Atlanta MotorSports to reach out to me or the dealership to authorized the repairs. I reached out to the finance company, and all they have done so far, is to ask for more evidence; At this point, I might have send the car to the finance company. Please see attachment!!

    On 2/11/22 I paid $17,000 for a 2011 *** 740I at Atlanta motorsports. The hood struts went out on the car on day one. Dealer agreed to repair. On day two as I attempted to drive off with the car 2/12/22 and the check engine light came on and displayed that the car had serious problems. I demanded the return of my money but dealer refused. Dealer originally kept the car and my money. On 2/14/22 I took possession of the car but as of 6/13/22 I haven't received the Title. (4 months later). I took the car to United *** for service & learned that the car will need thousand's of dollars in repairs. Atlanta motorsports sold me a Lemon with no title. I cannot register the car at renewal without a title, nor can I sell it. Can you help me???

    Dear ********************** had Powertrain Malfunction when I bought it. The dealer reset the code on the car to avoid detection. The check engine light came on ten minutes after I left the lot. 
    I  ultimately ended up spending $7,000 at the dealership for repairs.  That was in addition to the $16,000 purchase price of the vehicle.

    We offered a warranty and ****** declined it, we went through the as is clause. The *** passed emissions before the sale as well. Car was in running condition, with no lights on at the time of sale. ****** informed us months later of an issue that he was having with his vehicle. We explained that without a warranty there is nothing we can do.
