On March 3rd 2023 I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle after being there about 15 to 20 minutes the salesman told me without a $2,000 down payment and the trade-in of my vehicle that they cannot work out a deal but to be assured they did not pull my credit report well later that week I found out they did pull my credit report without my permission, I contacted them through their website and made my complaint and all they done was block me from their website I think this needs to be noted about their business and whatever the Better Business bureau deems reasonable and this matter to make things right

Do not purchase anything from Casey Jackson Ford. We have had around $2000 worth of problems. New battery, oils leaks (yes, more than one place leaking), radiator issues, tire rod ends, and even stripped lug nuts. I made a post on their Facebook page after they had our truck for a week to resolve the issues that were found and they called and threatened me to take it down. No resolution, no apology. Oh, but they did say we could purchase their $1,000 extended warranty and they could take a look at the problems. Stay away from this business.

So unfortunate that this customer is experiencing such adversity. Upon further review of this complaint, our records indicate that this 2018 F-150 was purchased in Oct of 2020, which was one year ago. Said vehicle had 67,520 miles on it, the factory warranty had already expired when it went over 36,000 miles. ****** ******** (the buyer), was offered an extended service policy due to the fact we do not build vehicles, we sell and service them. Further, Casey Jackson Ford stopped being the owner of this truck way back in Oct of 2020 when the asset switched ownership to the aforementioned consumer Additionally, we do not provide nor do we offer any lifetime warranties on any vehicles, they are made by humans and have limitations and they will break at some point, some faster than others, too many variables to consider to determine the reasons as to how and when it might suffer a mechanical breakdown, this is why the manufacturer only gives a new vehicle 36 months or 36,000 miles warranty, after that, they expect issues might reveal themselves. It is important to note that in May of this year 2021, the vehicle was brought into our shop complaining of it shutting off while driving. This truck at that time had been driven over 10,000 miles since the date of purchase(77,,787). Nevertheless, we diagnosed the concern and found the battery was bad, we replaced that battery and charged the customer nothing for this($300.00 cost) we absorbed this loss in good faith, but didn't see anything on Facebook about this? Also, customers can still purchase extended service contracts after the sale, this is why we once again offered, apparently, we only inspected the battery issue the other items purportedly are from some other shop diagnosing said issues with this truck, no public records indicate any other repair other than the one we did for the battery has inspected this truck, and this we have no control over. Last, it is not unreasonable to request someone to remove any negative comments that they might have left while oftentimes in an agitated state prior to offering any non-binding assistance, nobody wants to assist someone only to find you are incapable of satisfying them no matter what you do, for even a dog knows the difference between getting kicked and being stumbled over. In summary, we suggest the customer purchase an extended service contract or trade the vehicle in.

Yes, we purchased this vehicle one year ago and we have had issues since purchasing it. The first oil change done at Casey Jackson was completed with ZERO findings diagnosed. The 2nd oil change was attempted at ***** **** in Commerce. They refused to complete the oil change due to significant and prolonged oil leaks in 2 different places. This is when we got a second opinion at Seymour's Garage in Commerce where the findings were confirmed to be an ongoing issue according to the amount of leakage. We immediately contacted Casey Jackson in Royston where we were told that they could look at it but they were two weeks behind. We took it in, didn't get a loaner, and they kept it for a week without finding an issue. The battery was offered when we reminded them that they had to jumpstart the truck for us to even test drive it so they concluded that this is the only problem with the vehicle. When I made the Facebook review, yes, I was very irritated. You kept our truck for a week, driving it for your own personal errands (I know this because you left your old lawnmower parts in the back and called to ask me to bring them back to you!) and never addressed the oil leaks, tire rods that were popping or the radiator that is sucking down a gallon a month of radiator fluid. Then someone had the audacity to call me and tell me that if I didn't remove my review then they were taking the new battery back. Wow! That said a lot about how you do business. The reason it's taken me a year to report your sorry business is because we are having to slowly fix these issues because of the cost. Shady business. We're done with y'all and only hope to spread our experience to people who are looking to buy.

I cannot confirm nor deny what you were told by anyone in the service department. However, it is not uncommon for it to take up to two weeks to schedule certain services, and with the pandemic, supplies have dwindled or stopped entirely. Once a vehicle leaves our possession we have no idea what that vehicle has been through, who has driven it, where, how, etc? Again, this vehicle is out of factory warranty, you were offered a warranty and you declined which if you had we would have provided a loaner and your out-of-pocket expense would have been maybe $150 towards the deductible. Once another shop has had a vehicle it is easy for them to point blame, we deal with that every day, too many variables to consider in each scenario. Nearly 90% of all of our customers for a decade now rate Casey Jackson Ford as a 5-Star world-class dealership. Further, there is no pattern of poor service nor will there ever be, if we were as bad as how we are conveyed we would surely by now have gone out of business. We apologize you had a poor experience.

It wouldn't have cost us $150 out of pocket because the warranty you tried to sell us was $1000 and we were told it didn't cover all the problems that were discovered. So no, it wouldn't have saved us any money. Are you implying that Billy Cain Ford and Seymour's Garage are both incompetent in diagnosing oil leaks, bad tire rod ends and the other findings? It was strange to us that your shop found ZERO issues when you changed the oil the day after we bought it (because it was overdue while sitting on the lot so long that the battery went dead) but the very next oil change we uncovered all these issues and took them to Seymour's for confirmation since your shop was too busy for us and we were leaving to go out of town that week. Shows how much you really care about customers. I couldn't care less about your ratings because for all I know, you bullied them into removing all negative comments the same way you tried to do us.
