I purchases a vehicle from here in September 2024. I told them I need the vehicle to be in a certain price range. They were able to take two of the vehicles I had in on a trade and were able to get me into a brand new vehicle. The issue came 2 months later. I had gone into this place twice, once 2 weeks after the sale and another time 50 or so days after purchase. They had not paid off the two SUVs they had taken in. The second time I went in they gave me a receipt that one had been paid off. About an hour later they called me back to tell me that they were not going to be paying off the second SUV. Apparently they did not do their due diligence when completing the paperwork and never checked the payoff amount on this vehicle. I was able to confirm this to be true by calling my bank. It wasn't until I had come in the second time that they finally figured that out. They gave me a great speech about how they were going to give me a great deal and work with me to get this solved. What that meant was that they were going to try and get me to pay close to $400 more a month to fix their mistake. I couldn't do this. Both of my cars were sold to an auction house. Only one was sold back. They canceled my deal with the bank I had the loan with, without my approval. This is something they can apparently just do. I called Wells Fargo to complain and they explained the dealership can do this. During this entire ordeal they have destroyed my credit, by running 6 different times. At this point even if they cared enough to get me a deal the interest rate is bad. Their finical guy said as much to me when he came back with a half hearted attempt to get a different deal on another car. At the end of this ordeal I was forced to return the car I bought while taking back 1 of the 2 cars that I had traded in. The one car had been sold and they were unable to get it back. I was forced to take back a car they had not had possession of for months and hope it wasn't damaged.

I just moved to Savannah ******* from **********. This is my 3rd **** My car is a 2022 forte less than **** miles on it. My starter is going out . My car is still under warranty. They told me it would be 6 months before I could get in. Im trading in my car and will never buy another one. What is the point of having a warranty if you cant get in.

I got a letter saying that it was recall on my motor. When I took my car in, I talked to the lady at the services department and she said I wont be able to get a rental car till the car diagnostic was completed. She inform me that the diagnostic will be completed during the first week of June and that my car will be looked at on June 26th. It is now 6/21/23 and I still have not gotten no car. Every time I call nobody answers, then when they do answer they give me the run around about when I am able to get a rental car and when it get fix. It has been hard for me to get around and it is crazy that I have till have to pay for a car note on car that I am not able to use because of *** problems.

My daughter purchased a ******* on Wednesday, April 13, 2023, from Kia Country of Savannah. The day before purchase, we spent 3-4 hours demanding that they decrease the advertised price because it was higher than ***** Blue Book. We were also concerned with the broken windshield. The sales representative spoke highly of the certified 164-point inspection. This inspection meant absolutely nothing if the windshield was visibly broken. Following the purchase, we were told that we could return the vehicle for the windshield repair. Though, it made better sense to leave the vehicle with *** to speed things up. The windshield was repaired on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, we picked the vehicle up on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. No less than 24-hours later, the vehicle would not start, and it sputtered while driving. The vehicle was towed to the dealership on Thursday, April 20, 2023. The tow-truck driver conveniently informed us of the many vehicles that he has towed back to this very location. I will be acquiring a FOIA request to confirm this as true. We demanded our money back. However, they took full advantage of my young daughters age and knowledge of a vehicle purchase, this being her first car, yet they were more than willing to cash her check. Instead of working to refund her, they quickly started repairs. She has just a few short days to relocate to her next duty station. In the interim, the best update that *** can provide us to date is they will call us back. This is beyond ludicrous and unacceptable. We will be seeking legal counsel, as they were more concerned with making a sale than to ensure that we were #1 being safeguarded with honesty; #2 being sold a trustworthy vehicle according to ***s certified guarantee; and #3 being respectful to a young active-duty soldiers time. we can only imagine the many issues that this vehicle is expected to have. She will ensure that her peers avoid this dealership at all costs.
