Originally I had a subscription with this company, but after having my orders shipped to the wrong address, I canceled it. Prior to the cancellation, I requested my two bottles that were not shipped be sent out. They asked for the tracking numbers and agreed. After a few weeks, I sent an additional request. I have followed up on numerous occasions for my products. I have sent so many emails and they all have been ignored. I messaged the company through the regular email as well as the customer service email address. After checking the BBB grade and reviews, I have found out I am not the only one experiencing these issues. This company is scamming people and then blocking them and ignoring them. The product has been paid for, Id like the two bottles of the product. Any help would be very appreciated. I have screenshots of every email conversation, the agreement to ****** the product, tracking information, and my order info.Initial Complaint

I paid $116.97 for a product I never received and there customer service refuses to help me and even after providing video proof I never received the product and they lied to the bank saying I received a product I never got this a terrible company to do business with period they just want to take your money regardless if you get anything and they refuse to help you get your money back I want a refund for this and the subscription canceled they won't cancel my subscription or give me a refund there customer service refuses to help at all.Initial Complaint

I placed a one time order to this company on 8/11/23 with the intention of getting a product. On 9/10/23 I received an email from this company saying that they have processed another order(one that I did not want/authorize). I immediately reached out to this company via email and instagram to let them know that this was a mistake and I would like the order to be cancelled so that they do not take the money from my account or ship me anything that I don't need.Someone from customer service told me that there is no way to cancel the item and that I'd have to wait until the order came to me and they would send me a return label so that I can ship it back to them and they would process me a refund once they receive the product back. I was not happy about the process/didn't understand why they couldn't cancel it before it was put together however I had no choice but to wait and follow protocol. I received a tracking number which allowed me to see that the order did indeed get delivered back to them. I then reached out to this company regarding a refund, I was told the situation would be pushed to upper management and they would process my refund. My refund has never happened. I am still missing out of $114.80 and have reached out to this company a number of times. I spoke with someone today after many failed attempts, he told me that he would bump the issue up to someone in management and they would look into it. I asked how long before someone gets back to me he said he does not know. I asked what the process of refunds was. He said that he does not know and there's nothing he could do for me. I just have to wait for someone to get back to me even though it's been about 3 months since I have tried to resolve this issue. It seems that I am being scammed/robbed out of my money. I thought it was illegal as a company to hold your money and not be receiving a service or product.Initial Complaint

Purchased 2 bottles of apple of eve totaling $213 with 2 day shipping from ***** Package was suppose to arrive April 1st 2023. Package was not delivered. Contacted company and ***** **** said on Monday April 3rd the package went to the wrong post office and would arrive Tuesday April 4th. Package never arrived. Post office said they couldn't find the package bc it states it was forwarded. April 5th post office said it was a phony tracking number. It clearly isn't. Company investigated and did nothing. Refund or replacement of 2 bottles requested and denied. April 5th **** updates tracking says available for pickup. We filled out a form for redelivery for April 6th. April 6th **** claims the package was picked up but cannot tell when. My husband and I both work til 530 and did not pick up package. Worlds greatest said again they will investigate. Clearly the package wasn't delivered. Clearly mistakes have been made. It's not fair for me to not get a refund or a replacement shipment of what I paid for.i paid the money and I deserve to either get a full refund or 2 bottles of apple of eve.Initial Complaint

My fianc and I placed an order for 2 bottles of their apple of eve product, which came to $215.89. We received our product and then cancelled our subscription (as stated we could do.) a second delivery confirmation was sent to my email and we received a second order that we did not want. I contacted the company via email and at first was told to refuse the shipment or send it back as soon as it was received and once it was en route back to them, we would receive a full refund. I refused the shipment and it was sent back to the company, they received the shipment and the post office did verify this. I emailed after 2 weeks of not hearing back and no refund and was told once they receive it, we would be refunded (the product was already back to them and again verified by the post office.) I emailed to ask again to please give me a refund as I had a surgery scheduled and funds are very tight and have been ignored for months since. I have sent so many emails and been ignored. I messaged the company to ask about my refund on ******** and they blocked me. I was reading through comments and several other people had the same exact experience. This company is scamming people and then blocking them and ignoring them. I really needed that money as Im a full time student and mother who has several surgeries scheduled. Any help would be very appreciated. I have screenshots of every conversation and the my order info. Thank you again.
