**** cars is one of the worst places I can imagine to get a car from. First they show me a car with parts that was damaged and did not tell me. Then when you're almost done paying your car they turn into what I can only describe as monsters. They have overdraft my bank account at least three times by taking out more than just one payment. Which caused my bills to go liking which caused me to end up sleeping in my car for 3 months once and which also caused other bills to go off like my lights and water. My rent was behind. When I informed them that they had taken more than one payment out of my account their response was no even though it was two payment it's only one payment because it's taking at one time. So instead of paying $200 every 2 weeks I was paying $400 every 2 weeks. At the very end they took out $600 in one payment and then ignored my phone calls. When they took out the $600 my insurance lapsed and after my insurance lab they had my car towed because I had no insurance. They're rude disrespectful mean-spirited and lying about what they've done to your car they do not check your car they do not own replace anything if they tell you that something is broken and can they cannot fix it it's because they have not tried. I've had to take my grocery money and catch up other bills because they've taken out too much in my account. This is the worst car buying experience I've ever had. After being the reason for my insurance collapsing, they then had it repoed even though I explained to them that I was not driving it at the time I had to have the water pump fixed. I wish that you could give zero stars because they don't even deserve one. They have no sympathy for any customer.
