    I got my car back in Sep/Oct ‘24 , for starter the women who did my paperwork did it incorrectly and they tried to put the blame on me . The sale associate who was calling was VERY RUDE to the point. Dec24 i noticed my paper tag had expired so i called them and they stated that i would have to go to the courthouse in Millen to get the tag . I goes up to the courthouse and they told me “You’re the third person this week to come in looking for a tag and Adel hasn’t done none of the paperwork for the tag” I called Adel , they stated “oh we just haven’t gotten to it yet” . By then I’ve had my car almost 2 months how do you forget it file the tags paperwork. Jan ‘25 they were calling me NON STOP til the point i felt harassed and stated that to them . They were calling because it was an issue with my insurance MIND YALL , you need insurance to leave the lot (which i did) buts they just noticed 2 months after that it was incorrect. They told me i had to get new insurance or they were going to “turn my car off” (they favorite threat) . So i went on a changed it because i needed my car . Mind you it was after many threats about turning my car off while out of town , coming to get the car while i was out of state and it was at the airport . Just a lot for nothing because the car was FULLY insured just under my mother name. February ‘25 and they have came and repossessed my car because i was 5 days late on my payment . Mind you I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE on a payment . I’m calling the number which is stated on the site and the only thing it states is this number cannot be used to leave a message please call . So Millen being a small town I figure okay i can just give them the 200$ and go pick up my car everything would be fine . She stated because i went and got the car the only way i can get my car is if i pay the full amount of the car. I’ve been calling to see how i can resolve this without you taking my car adding on unnecessary fees and everything else i just don’t have.

    Car can't be drove unsafe to drive bc of frame on bottom of the vehicle can cause someone to get killed if on the road the transmission and motor is ready to fall out of the bottom of the vehicle bc of it is rusted from head to toe enough that it is dangerous to drive it I asked adel if they would exchange for another used vehicle they told me no if it's on the road by mechanic that the motor and trans is ready to fall out from rust can put your hand all the way into the rust we're it is falling apart 408.00 dollars monthly for the vehicle 2003 ****** ********** vehicle 4×2 base I want them to exchange the vehicle for a dependable vehicle

    Machinic says it is going to fall apart  if keep driving it someone is going to get really injured with rust on bottom of vehicle u can put your hand right through it

    Frame is totally  rusted  unsafe to drive on the road  can stick whole hand through  the frame  under the vehicle  I would like  them to trade it and give me  something  else  I put several  thousand dollars in the  vehicle  already  2000.00 down  payment  102.00 weekly every  Friday  morning  if keep driving   it could  cause severe  injuries to myself and  other drivers

    On 6/21/2023 my old insurance cancelled and new insurance picked up same day, no lapse in insurance. When I went to turn the car on they had turned it off. I called and they said they weren’t the Lein holders in the policy but got a cancellation notice from my old policy. I told them it didn’t make sense. I called the new insurance and they said they are the Lein holder and gave me the temp insurance card until mine came in the mail. I called back they proceeded to tell me the insurance wasn’t right as they weren’t the Lein holders I told them when you put your info in ***** **** is what comes up and that’s what’s on their sign and vehicles. They said it had to be **** I was like that doesn’t come up it come up ******** ****. She sends me to the “office manager” she rudely repeats the same I tell her the same. I also tell her they are always rude, condescending, and unprofessional when they speak to people, she hung up. I called the insurance and asked if they could manually put in ****. They did. I called back the company about 30 times to tell them it was updated. They had the car repoed. The tow guy called and said I wanted to talk to her she refused to talk to me. I met the police at the office and they tried to say I didn’t have insurance. I told the officer I did. They officer stated it was an illegal repo and I need to take them to civil court with my documents. She refused to give me the vehicle back as all payments were up to date and it had insurance. She refuses to let anyone talk to the owner.

    My situation in regards to the fraudulent dealership is getting worse by the day. If possible can I please schedule a consultation appointment. I really need a lawyer to represent me in this case. I’m a honest man and I work hard for my money to take care of my family. I’m currently without a vehicle now and today was the day the tow company assigned me to be able to get my possessions out of the car. I went to pick up my things only to find out that the dealership owner went into the car overnight as I was told by the tow company and they went through my things and bagged up my possessions and had the bag put out outside the car. The cash money I had inside the car for bills was even missing. I went to the police department and was told it was nothing they can do. I just really need help in fighting this case. Im completely out of money and I gave the $2500 cash money and they took two payments of $220 out my account it was automatic draft so that came up to $440 in payments so all together they owe me $2,940 I just want my money back so I can get me a ride
