  Complaint previously filed with BBB. Issues with septic system installed still not remedied. Business owner completely dismissive, saying "you're using too much water" as cause of septic failure. Will not respond to requests for follow-up inspection.

  In regards to complaint, The system was installed by a individual with 40 years experience we have put in at least 50 systems with no issues at all I have been to this complaint four times there is nothing to do to make the men of this *********** The original complaint was wrote by someone that doesnt have a clue of whats going on plus the price is wrong nothing but lies. The conclusion of this matter is two much water is being used and the system is out of warranty by two years.bests regards Allgood Septic.

  I am rejecting this response because: First, careful of the "lies" comment.  The first complaint was filed by home member who has witnessed all the issues here.  On March 7, 2019 check was issued for $8500.00; On April 24, 2019, credit card was used for (1) septic pump and (1) dig for access.  As far as too much water being used in household, there are only 3 people here and since the first issue arose we have not run water from laundry through the system - it is run from washing machine into a 32 gallon :"TOTER" and through a hose across driveway. CANNOT BE USING TOO MUCH WATER WITH toilet flushes and 3 showers a day. IMPOSSIBLE. It appears that either the ******** have malfunctioned or dirt has caved in on top of them.  Think it's only professional that we be shown the courtesy of this issue being assessed and corrected.  AND, the 3 year warranty is only applicable to the PUMP, which seems to be working fine, as the alarm has not sounded.

  As stated before, document shows that only PUMP is warranted.  We now have ******** installed by someone with 40 years experience visible in our back yard.  We have no hope that Mr. **** will take any accountability for this system, but if there is anyway we can prevent such disservice to others, will do so by any manner possible
