            I made a washer and dryer purchase on November 9, 2024 and up until yesterday December 4, 2024 the washing machine stop working. Ive drove up there to pick out another washer to replace the broken one, which was an hour drive, just to get nothing out of it. Ive expected a delivery which hasnt showed, I called and text without hearing back. This place is a rip off

            I bought a washer and dryer on Tuesday April 30,2024 at 1:46 pm from Zak with Appliance Guys. I spent $772.50 and this was sent via cashapp ( his request). Zak guaranteed me that the washer and dryer would be in good quality and working condition. He also guaranteed me that I had a 60 day warranty should anything be wrong with it. Tuesday evening I tried the washer, and it would not drain at all, I called Zak multiple times with no answer, he finally answered the phone around 6:30 pm and told me he would bring another one to replace the broken one and apologized. After he said this, he blocked us on social media , refused to answer calls and texts and has not tried to resolve any issues whatsoever. We have tried multiple times to get in touch with him, but he has us blocked on everything.

            This transaction took place 2/3/2024. I found an online seller of washing machines and dryer sets and requested to look at the items. A few days later I went to the location which was a storefront with a sign on the building that read *************************************** and inquired about some washers and dryers and was told that they could deliver it today and I would be emailed my receipt and warranty information. I proceeded to purchase a washer and dryer set and pay an additional $100 for delivery (in total $800) They came and installed the washer but forgot to bring the proper dryer cord. After multiple days of calling and being told that they were on the way, the delivery person had still not come to deliver and finish the dryer installation. Also, during this time I found that they installed the washer machine improperly by attaching the hot and cold water in the opposite plugins. I returned to the store and demanded to speak to the owner, I demanded the return of the cost of the delivery fee, a printed or emailed receipt, and the warranty information. The employee said I would receive a call from the owner. The delivery person came that day and finished the dryer installation. I never heard back and never received any documents. My washer machine as of 4/15/2024 is now broken and I have no warranty information or receipt.
