Account Number ******** My wife ***************** discussed in advance our son's visit ********************* with ************** prior to our son's visit on June 28, 2023, my wife was given an estimate of $350.00 over the phone before she and my son arrived for the visit ( private pay) . My son ********************* completed the visit on June 28, 2023 as planned. My wife was prepared to pay the $350.00 estimate that was agreed upon but No One at the front desk collected the payment from her before she and my son left the office after completing the visit . After about a month later we received a bill for $644.00. The bill was addressed to me *********************** (the father) , at that time I presented the bill to my wife out of confusion because I had just completed paying off a billing agreement from last year's visit that my son had with ************* last year 2022.. They indicated that they had emailed my wife but they are mailing the bill to me. I see this as simply taking advantage of their patients. Over the last 3 years that my son has been under ***************** care I have spend over $15,000 out of pocket copays and now they are trying to rip my family off by jacking up this private paid amount agreed on of $350.00 to $644.00 .
